I just got a set and they seem to only work in dual mono, both mics coming out of the left and right channels. Is there a way to make them work in stereo, one mic coming from the left and one from the right?

You omitted a key component- Kenobi used three stances- his classic overhead, then a forward position, then followed by the side stance, which lured Maul in. Each stance had significance for Kenobi.

This looks and sounds amazing guys, though I do have one little comment: In Maul's final strike he goes for the hilt bash as seen against Qui Gon in The Phantom Menace, whereas in your choreography it looks like he's just presenting the lightsabre hilt to be struck. He's much too far away to have been initiating an attack. This could be solved either with angle tricks or tighter spacing. Other than that I loved what you did with the scene, it's one of the deepest duels in Star Wars.

The DJI Mic 2 is meant to be mounted on a person to pick up speech. If that is what you need audio for - you do not need an external microphone like the one in this video. Now, the DJI Mic 2 is probably not the best to pick up "scratch audio" (also known as just background audio while you're filming). However it CAN be used for that reason too even though its not really meant for that. Also, you can't really have two mics plugged into one camera (unless you have a special attachment that not all cameras have) so I would just keep your DJI Mic 2 for now and not get a mic like the one in the video

You would only need to do this if you're editing in two programs. (The reason I do this is because I started in Premiere Pro and am transitioning to DaVinci Resolve). If you're still at the stage of picking an editing software, just go with DaVinci Resolve and you'll be a much happier person lol. In my opinion it is superior.

I would go with a Polar Pro VND 2-5 stops. Im not a sony shooter but I know that the second base iso is extremely useful so maybe getting the Polar Pro VND 6-8 stops might be a good idea as well since sometimes you're gonna want to crank the iso to your second base but need the image to be darker. Just something to consider. But the safe bet is always a 2-5 stop ND. I personally use the Polar Pro VND and its absolutely amazing.

This scene happens in the episode called "Twin Suns" which is the 20th episode of the 3rd season of the show. Hopefully that explains it.
