  That lower route on Treasure Caves is faster, I just missed it lol. It will be on the next iteration of the TAS, once I get around to doing it.

  why some times you don't make the skips at all laps, like on meteor tech with knuckles, or at megalo station with storm, like, you dont wanna take the risk if it fails ? (i have no idea that this things could be done)

  Aww dang that Second hero stage really wasted your time not getting the right timing that’s sucks it’s not even that hard to speed run honestly it’s only the matter of getting the skips perfectly well timed !

  Can you explain the glitch you use to reel in froggy with the pausing? i am very interested

  Glitch called Instant Catch. Occurs by activating both the L and R triggers the moment Froggy bites to instantly reel him in. The pauses were done to try and skip the animation of Big holding up Froggy to save time since the lag on Dreamcast tends to drop inputs from mashing X to skip an animation of Big celebrating with Froggy in his hands.

  Late, but all of the rival battles take place at stages in their section of the game, rather than the unique areas they get in the HD version. This also puts Metal Sonic at Casino Night, though racing Shadow at Radical Highway still fits.
