I wish someone would address the topic of anxiety and worries in their sermons.
Thank you for this awesome message. Words of wisdom thank you Max for such encouragement! Your so right anxiety has deep roots. I’ve struggled so much watching some of my family friends deal with such issues that bring anxious thoughts. Philippians 4:8 has been a scripture I’ve Been meditating on whenever anxiety tries to set in. Thank you again Max! Gosh bless you! Mel from Calif

Please help me. I suffered all my life as a child in my brain is suffering also.! because I think I have ADHD! And now after the Covid things got even worse! I have been rejected by friends and family! Because of the way of my thinking! I'm suffering so much anxiety! And my daughter is trying to control me! please help me. I'm going to read Philippians right now.! not have breakfast and it's 1125! But I'm going to read Philippians😅! And put it in the bathroom
Go to a naturopath for anxiety. They may recommend a natural supplement called Neuropas. Very effective. Plus see a therapist. Childhood trauma can have something to do with it. Jesus is on our side. :)

(Blame yourself first [your sin, not Adam's], then genetics/environment, then demonic influence; don't look first to God for a scapegoat.) Not going to get all anxious about it, though.
A friend went to his psychiatrist. He told his dr he'd had a wierd dream. Saying ' Doc i dreamed i was living in small tent. Then it turned into a pup tent. What's it mean". Psychiatrist looked at him sadly and said " It means you're 2 tents......" Laughter folks. Best med. Koy of the Lord our strength hallelujah 🙌🏼🙌🏼

One of the reasons this world has such panic attacks is because the church has lacked in knowledge wisdom and understanding in mental health we are Body Soul and mind

B complex is great for anxiety magnesium is good for anxiety
Also 5 HTP is a mood stabilizer which will enhance your state of mind

I struggle with a cat with behavioral issues. I love him, had him and his sister since they were 8 weeks old. They are now almost 10yrs old. He is spraying. Took him to the vet and working on what to do. It’s behavioral issues. I love my pets, they are family to me. It’s causing a lot of stress in my home and marriage PLEASE pray 🙏 This is breaking my heart 😢

Praying for all wh need prayers. I list my oldest son and oldest Grandaughter and God has been faithful to me through much prayer. I’m still standing, anxiety hits I won’t lie but I knowGod is with me.
I’ve had the sane since age 10. I did not know what they were, but I just said it was frightening. I ended up continuing to have them off and on, and I had full-blown agoraphobia our housebound for many many years. I did find a Christian counselor who had been in Vietnam, and had PE yesterday and helped me with the trauma that I had experienced and I had apparently pushed a lot of it down. I went through cognitive therapy and much prayer. I was in a very bad marriage regarding alcoholism, when he was sober he was great, but when he was drunk, he was horrible. I stayed until the Laura had me leave since then I have gone through cancer and many many illnesses, but I have not experienced the panic attacks when I had had them I learned how to deal with stress ideally, thank the Lord for giving me his strength which was made perfect in my weakness. If God could take care of me and bring me out of it, he can do the same for you. God bless you and you are in my prayers.

I wrote out Philippians 4:4-8 and hung it on the batbroom mirror to read and meditate on it every morning while brushing my teeth and shaving. I now remember it by heart and it has calmed and comforted me many times as I work in Disaster Services.
Anyone else find such peace in listening to this? It’s probably prayed over that the audience have such peace because the moment I listen in it’s like the Holy Spirit lets me dwell here
