Nice one 👍👏 Anyways I wanted to share something and that is : I want to go deeper into inner dimension of consciousness which is bliss but the problem that I face after pranayams , form of breathworks and meditation is a certain turbulence and confusion after mental stream that passes through my being and I feel overwhelmed by the pain the turbalance and confusion caused by mental stream Please note : 1. my breathwork goes smoothly and I feel peace but after some time turbalance and confusion takes over 2. I feel odd sensation in neck primarily and it may cause movements of neck and also sensation in between chest region What Am I to do ?

Hi. What do you think about the overlap between NDP (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), the Fragile kind, and AvPD (Avoidance Personality Disorder)? Do you think there's a correlation between the two? Can you be diagnosed with both? I Was diagnosed with NPD but my behaviours mimick the textbook definition of AvPD. Could you clarify the issue?
apology for the late response. i am not a regular on youtube. please write to [email protected] where i am more regular. on the question, yes you can be diagnosed with both, in fact in most personality disorders it is one in the front and features of others at the back, in psychoanalytic sense many personality disorders can be mixed personality disorders, in the dsm discussion too there is a demand to bring the front the mixed personality disorder. Specific to the first part of the question, the common thing between the two would be a) early life object loss b) fragile self c) deep seated fear of attack from people d) catastrophic thinking e) at the root a fear of loss of people take a second opinion for diagnosis. if you can tell me why you believe it is avpd or why the doc thinks it is npd, we can discuss and clarify it

A nice person with his own opinion about UG who in my opinion doesn't understand UG.Even people who spent years with him didn't have a clue about what he was saying.UG obviously didn't have 'advanced' 'students' with him,he couldn't care less it seems who went to see him.Anyone 'understanding' UG should be finished with him once and for all.His message is cristal clear and as he well said: just one of his sentences should be enough to finish you.Understanding UG in a way leads you to understand there is nothing we can understand,it leaves you in a nowhere land , on your own with absolutely nothing to hold on to.
