  • @lucyhuff9708

You can use chicken flavored powder or chicken bouillon powder instead of fish sauce if you don’t like fish sauce, and add a little bit of water because you need the liquid to marinate the chicken . Salt is ok but it won’t taste as good.

I'm optimistic that Filipinos get educated eventually of herbs and spices which have immense benefits to the brain, with the advent of YT vlogs from around world. A few of my elders including my mother died at the end of long bouts of dementia and Alzheimers. The use of spices and herbs in cooking works to ward off these seemingly prolonged death sentence. This disease turns human beings into just shells of themselves, devoid of personality and memories, like robots. The Philippines has the HIGHEST statistics of early cognitive decline and also the dumbest IQ in Asia # 59th ranking . All top 6 smartest are in Asia. Don't worry, the Americans which Pilipinos adore so much especially Trump are just teetering on the dumb with IQ's below 100 , ranked #29th. Only the Philippines among Asian countries abhor the use of curries and spices . Our karekare is ridiculous because it has not an iota of spice in it , just peanut butter. Its savory alright but come on, it has poor healthy benefits . I spent highschool in Zamboanga City where curries are mainstays at the dinnertable. When I served it one Christmas, all relatives got mad at me especially my father . They said that curries cause BAD BODY ODOR. My brothers and I feasted on it. Ginger and lemongrass should be planted in every yard , and chilis , galangal , mint , basil , cilantro , kefir limes , curry trees, green veges. One thing Pinoys hate are vegetable gardening and wild edibles foraging , except Ilocanos and those in Luzon . They practice very healthy diets. My SILs ( teachers - what a shame!) love planting ornamentals EXCEPT vegetables and edibles . Pinoy kids are small in stature, malnourished with poor academic performance. How are Pilipinos going to come to par with our Asian contemporaries ? Let's consider our Americanized diets , condensed milk spaghetti, unli rice, sweet pizza , donuts , hamburgers, etc. that have been adapted by Pinoys for their unwavering love of everything American even if they calls us monkeys (Trump said it). These racists people would harm you if they see you on the streets. Go ahead Pinoys , tell them you love them.
