If the Power Switch on the tower is left on does it put any drain on the battery?
For the side entry minivans(toyota and Chrysler) can there be the option for a removable captain seat to be installed behind the removable driver’s seat, so that the wheelchair-user can sit in a captain chair behind the driver? Can there be a foldable table or a stiff frontal horizontal arm-bar for the rear bench so that the rear passengers can have something infront of them to hold onto?- also, the same for the captain seat behind the driver? Can the foot rest (of the rear bench) be made to extend further and lower for the taller passengers’ comfort? Which minivan has more interior space, and which one has higher ceiling?

2018 grand caravan ramp gets stuck out Reset system under seat on pannel under rear seat! Ramp button there or emergency buttons reachable with seat in place will not make ramp work Most time got to life on ramp when pushing button!! Had to dealer in Amarillo in December still same issue

I bought a used 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan mobility van by BraunAbility last week. Used is what we could afford as there are a lot of expenses involved that insurance doesn't cover for a person in a wheelchair. The BraunAbility van that we bought kneels and has a fold out ramp. This company did a great job designing a van that can securely accommodate a wheelchair. Now we can get my sister to her appointments easily and also just to get out into the world again. I'm glad this company is out there designing products like this.

Can anyone help me with operation details for troubleshooting a Toyota sienna with braunability electric fold out, up, ramp? a few questions I have trying to repair, or at least diagnose, issues . Not operating, started making grinding noise before it stopped working. Sounded like the gears for ramp operation.................. Does vehicle lift, (raises the van to a driving height, ), work when ramp is extended? What cuts the electric door out, if anything, when ramp is extended, ??? Very hard to get information to repair or trouble shoot. Please help if you can.

We're going in to Chrysler tomorrow to get our Pacifica computers reflashed. It's already been to Chrysler once, they said take it to Braun first. Off to the Braun dealer, and they did some of the stuff to reflash the computers. Now the air conditioner and the headlightlight AUTO mode doesn't work (at least the lights are always on instead of off). Started out that the driver side door would try and close, then pop open again. Sometimes there is a delay, had a guy tell me our door was open while I was pushing my dad's wheelchair through the grocery store, sure enough it was wide open. Chrysler agrees it's their problem, but won't touch a Braun modification. To make things more fun, every so often the van plays dead and needs a jump start, but then it works fine for a few weeks. One other little problem, the front air dam Braun adds is so low it gets caught on parking bumpers. You back up and get half the bumper torn off. A particularly big blue parking bumper and you need help lifting the plastic up and over before you are freed. Luckily, people see the handicap card and offer to help. The ramp, however, is excellent, just wish it wasn't on a Chrysler.
It’s not just Chrysler, Toyota wants nothing to do with them either, funny how Braun, VMI, Savaria bla bla do T mind taking crazy amounts of money for these vehicles but don’t want to have service centres or OEM around to help, it’s infuriating

These wheelchair modified vans, the hybrid versions are fugly! All jacked up, in a bad way. Screw the hybrid, I'll stick with the gas powered version if it looks more normal. Why do I have to drive a stupid looking vehicle?
