I, Titikksha Das (UHID: AC12 0000029326), consulted Dr. Alpa Khakhar, Apollo Women Hospital, Chennai for some menstrual problems and urinary difficulties. I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries of size less than 3mm (which even does not consider as a cyst). But the concern doctor without any medication asked me to have an operation (now I know that PCOD operations are banned many years before). I after having my child was facing these problems for 2 years. So I went with the doctor advice and had a PCOD operation. But now I am facing lots of problems back at home starting with infection in laparoscopic procedure followed by extremely heavy bleeding during periods. I tried to contact the doctor but her responses are very poor. According to me and my experience Dr. Alpa Khakhar is a worst doctor with no care for patients. She just did everything to take away our money. I request the concern Authority of Apollo Women Hospital, Chennai to take necessary action against Dr. Alpa Khakhar otherwise I will approach to the concern court. I will circulate this message as much as possible to the people through the appropriate media such no other will get victim of wrong treatment Dr. Alpa Khakhar.
