I’ve been growing my email lists solely with freebies since 2014. Always have and probably always will :) they are absolutely critical. It’s how I’m getting around 2k email leads a month to my email list. Most my freebies convert around 50%.

Ah, that’s not a metric we measure. We do measure how many opt into our free training that buy our membership and it’s 5-7% depending on the week.

Thank you for your very useful videos on System IO platform! I'm early researching into developing a community for guitarists and the price is right, reviews on System IO are great for selling courses etc., but hardly any reviews on if system IO is feature rich enough to run a successful paid membership community. I see that you've done so! Has it been a good experience for your members navigating your community forums, finding each other, etc.? Mighty Networks and Circle, the two seemingly most popular for paid membership based business models, seem great for this but super expensive. Does System io come close to these? There are countless You Tube videos on HOW to build a community in System io, but none I can find on if it actually works well for anyone actually running a paid community via System IO. That would make a KILLER video I can't be the only one trying to answer this question!

Awesome! I do use systeme for just about everything but I don’t use it for the community platform part. I use “Skool” for that. So I sell my freedom creator club membership through systeme.io but I use Skool for the community platform part. I’m getting a good amount of views on my faceless KZread channel and I have over 3000 subscribers but the watch hours is very low so I’m not yet monetized. I also try to market my digital products by adding the link in my description but I haven’t made any sales. I really don’t know what else to do.

Do you promote your channel off of KZread? Because with 3k subs and not being monetized that would lead me to believe you’re asking people to sub to you elsewhere. I’d recommend stop promoting your channel and just let KZread bring you traffic via your videos and it will start to grow faster! As far as selling digital products I’d recommend watching some of my other videos on that topic for that info.

Takeaway... Start now, dont worry about being perfect. BUT....... I think the main thing is to have good audio which I don't understand lol. How do you connect your microphone that I see in your video, to your DSLR camera?! That's my only road block, which should be simple to work out - for me it's not. I dont want to use my phone. I hear what you're saying about over thinking but I really just need to know how to connect an external mic to my camera lol and how to use it as a "webcam".

I don’t connect my microphone to my camera. I record the video with my camera and the audio with my computer - as 2 separate files. And then my editor puts them together. You can use audio attached to your camera but I found that to be either A) not good enough quality B) complicated and more stuff to charge 3) expensive So this is what I decided on :)

The same way I recommend everyone sell digital products :) 1) grow a following on KZread 2) grow an email list at the same time to 200 email subs 3) survey them to learn what they need help with 4) create a digital product to help them 5) sell that digital product to them I teach this step by step in detail in my membership freedom creator club. This video is BRILLIANT! I've watched thousands of videos over the decades and this one stands out as exceptional! It's exciting, informational, educational, inspiring and entertaining all at once! The 6+ mins felt like 90 secs! Everything about it was excellent! You spoke just fast enough to keep my attention but not so fast that it became annoying and caused me to miss vital information. The way you spliced in brief descriptive video clips along with your talking to keep moving the narrative along in an exciting fashion, your use of Captions, your facial expressions, tone of voice, even the subtlety of your makeup, you have on just enough to highlight the natural attractiveness of your face without trying to look like a supermodel, everything about this video just screams EXCELLENCE!!! So, for this reason I'm going to sign up for your program and learn from you. You say you've made millions of dollars and I believe you, even though I see no luxury cars nor fabulous mansions... yay so glad to hear it! Depends on the digital product. If it's a one-time download then I usually just host it with google drive. If it's a course or something I host it in Systeme.io - for my membership though I use Skool because I love their community features and it just so happens they also let you host your product in there too.

yay so glad to hear it! Depends on the digital product. If it's a one-time download then I usually just host it with google drive. If it's a course or something I host it in Systeme.io - for my membership though I use Skool because I love their community features and it just so happens they also let you host your product in there too.
