  7:35 Thema KFZ Berichterstattung auf MG: Ach bitte. Als langer, alter mobilegeeks Fan (seit netbooknews) der seit Jahrzehnten generell Technik begeistert ist kam mir das schon sehr übel auf. Mobilegeeks hat auffällig irgendwann angefangen über KFZ und dann negativ gegenüber Tesla zu berichten. Das entsprach nicht dem ursprünglichen Ethos. Zumal Palle nach Mercedes gegangen ist, hatte das alles einen SEHR üblen Nachgeschmack. Ich will da nichts unterstellen. Aber jedem mit etwas Einblick ist bekannt, dass die deutschen Autokonzerne kein distanziertes Verhältnis zu den Medien haben. Danke das du mich daran erinnert hast, dass ich mir nicht zuletzt deswegen damals vorgenommen habe, niemals zu einem deutschen Auto zu greifen. Das waren teils wirklich üble, fragwüridge Artikel die keiner objektiven Berichterstattung über Technik entsprachen und für viel Streit in den Kommentaren unter Langzeitlesern gesorgt haben und viele vergrault haben. Für mich ging die Community damit kaputt. Das hatte mit Tech-Enthusiasmus und Information einfach nichts mehr zu tun. Kritik - und damit die Menschen von denen sie kam - wurde(n) respektlos behandelt. Der persönliche Dialog mit Palle auf Augenhöhe war weg. Hab mir das irgendwann nicht mehr gegeben und bin nach ner Zeit weg. Mobilegeeks war aber gerade auch deswegen gut, WEIL Palle am Anfang viel Feedback entgegengenommen hat. Ist echt schade. Ansonsten war MG echt super und - wie du zurecht beschreibst - hervorstehend im deutschsprachigen Raum. Man hätte daraus wirklich was machen können. Und hat es ja auch. Für eine Zeit. edit: Interessant auch was Nicole Scott, die in dem Video nicht erwähnt wurde (ok sie hat nur Engl. Content gemacht), jetzt macht. Irgendwas mit Wasserstoff. Und dann noch ein Format names beyondinnovation für Bloomberg.

  Beautiful car, but I'm not a fan of the glossy black midframe. In the past I had an E-class with a gloss back midframe and the very visible fingerprints drove me crazy. Now I'm driving a 2019 E350E (US model), but a brown/beige interior with wooden elements. No fingers visible and I think the 25 miles (avg) electric range is good enough...

  U will sell an autopiloted car when the law allow to go in the seated back drunk or treat it as my service bot and not a vehicle perse. Till then is a nono for me. No matter how many rgb lights it has.

  Pro tip: Open another separate KZread tab any play any nighttime radio or podcast (Art Bell for instance). Switch back to this video then go full screen. Finally, enjoy the immersion.

  i dunno. i like the sound my 2011 VW Sportwagen makes. this thing is too quiet. imagine how much more awkward, awkward silence would be on a date that wound up sucking. at the very lease, to make it more interesting, the car ought to be soundproof, but covered with sensors that record and digitize the sounds of other cars passing and in real time, you can select the sound they make. ...like, rustling leaves. or crickets, or laughter would be hilarious maybe. thunder.... you get the idea. that'd be sick

  I prefer the Saab nightmode, totally dark, only speedometer lights up a bit. Much easier for the eyes. Sadly, Saab doesn’t exist anymore 😭
