    Perfect explanation! Deadlifts are awesome, but can also go VERY wrong if performed without knowing what one is doing. Unfortunately I see people do wrong DLs (and squats) so many times...I just dread the time I'll witness someone hurting him-/herself in the gym. One thing that's not very clear to me though: are DLs primarily a strength-building exercise or will they help thicken the back muscles as well?

    Hi Dan, great vids by the way ;) I have a question for you when i do bench press or any kind of pressing i feel it a lot more and feel a lot stronger when i keep my wrist super fixed and always make sure that my knuckles are always facing the way i'm pressing. Be great to know your thoughts... Cheers Phil
