  i'm gonna nitpick a bit, but i feel like in this situation Pequod Yi sang would have been better than BL. Since you ended up with too much count and too little potency (was still getting a lot of crits), perhaps not running Bestow would mean you coundn't stack the poise, but im not sure.

  Would be Tremor Ryoshu a better option insted of just sustent from cooker Ryo? +2 tremor is not huge but 15 hp inst that intereesting either and probably would enable more of his aoe So is probably better so yeah im gonna use her insted

  Fun fact: At max Threadspin Outis' Sunshower EGO actually rolls higher than Ebony Stem. Learned it the hard way during the third Envy Peccatulum fight

  For those going for tremor, i recommend bringing either t corp don or rodya (to be honest, you could bring both), simply because time moratorium can shred the bosses hp, even if they are normal to sloth dmg. Between rosespanner rodya and t corp, i would go for t corp simply because of the better clashing she gets, and the benefit of building up tremor count,bind, and being able to pop time moratorium after don's ends. Other than that, the team would be the same: regret faust + everlasting, oufi heath, yuro hong lu + cavernous,and molar outis with binds + ebony stem (holiday also carries somewhat, not a terrible choice, but ebony is prefferable, also recommend ya sunyata outis, for her skill 2)

  The infinite healing provided by base or chef Gregor makes them far more useful than any of his other passives in 90% of all runs and this one is no exception.

  None of Yi Sang's support passives work with Nclair outside of Ring and Base which both do the same thing but slightly differently. For Faust she does have some other options with Zwei and Regret but for Zwei you need to use skill 1's which let's be honest you're not going to be using many of especially when you replace them all with skill 3's, and for Regret +1 clash power doesn't mean a whole lot when your minimum roll is an 18. For lantern while the healing is a very useful utility and would certainly have made a few fights a little easier 9:2 is just far better for Nclair. First he fuels it way better only missing envy instead of both pride and gluttony and second it's far more synergistic with his kit having lust fragility and sp loss it's literally designed to be used on him. You could easily run lantern over 9:2, but you'd be severely limited by EGO resource gifts which is the main reason it's far less desirable.

  @@Q-Hatred you don't need to fuel it if you can just corrode into it. The SP Loss really isn't gonna affect many of the actually troublesome bosses in MD. For the first two, you could just use Base Faust, he does have Prdie And for the Yi Sang it really wouldn't matter if you just leaned in fully to Corrosion Strats as long as you aren't using those two

  I would not be caught dead using base Faust. Her passive is one of the worst in the game, 3/4 the time it does nothing and the other 1/4 it also does nothing. I’d genuinely rather use a passive that’s an active detriment than that shit. Also you’re severely overvaluing the actual usability of corrosion. Even for negative coin identities that actively drain their own sanity they cannot trigger corrosion reliably until at least turn 3 unless they are constantly starting fights at -30 sanity which is almost never going to happen thanks to the constant sanity regeneration from clashing and killing enemies. The only way for them to reliably corrode otherwise is by actively using the EGO which requires you to be able to fuel it. And yes I did forget about Nclairs defense skill but even with that it’s still 4 gluttony vs 1 envy which makes 9:2 the far more reliable EGO. Not to mention healing is easily worked around thanks to both support passives and EGO gifts so in my opinion the synergy from 9:2 will always be more valuable than lanterns healing.

  BL Yi Sang's support passive does work with next turn gain poise. It's just that you need to get 2 instances of poise in the same turn to get the poise count. Rather than giving the ID 1 poise count after gaining poise, it makes it so every instance of poise gained is +X Potency and +(Y+1) Poise Count. It's rather hard to explain what happens, but basically: if you use a poise potency gaining skill with 0 count gain at 0 count, you gain +X potency then, at the same time, gain 1 Poise count, which is what makes it look like it doesn't work (because of how the game does Potency and Count gain on the same coin without separate [On Hit] conditionals, rather than giving you X potency and the mandatory 1 count, then the +1 count from the passive, the passive +1 count is combined with the mandatory +1 count. Same applies if it's X count and the mandatory 1 potency). For a clearer view of this effect in work: 1:30 - 1:37. You can see Ryoshu gain 2 Poise Potency and 1 Poise Count then when she uses the second S3, she gains 2 Poise Potency and 1 Poise Count, getting her to 4x2 Poise. It's a really weird interaction with support passives like those.

  Thanks for the correction. For whatever reason when I was looking over the footage to check if his passive was working, I saw a moment where she gained 4 poise potency and 2 poise count from 2 skill 3's and thought 'Yeah that's normal'. For some reason I convinced myself that you always gain 1 poise count with next turn poise even though that doesn't make any sense.

  spiral has such weird vibes. not necisairly bad but its just so odd. the slow music, the scenery. the very weird design thats almost a bit hard to look at and figure out whats happening. the weird eye things that sinners have hover over them once they get the effect from hitting the hands very different than the rest of the game, oddly somber

  Tip for knowing what brain has what statues. Look at the health of that brain and look for that health amount. If theres two your gonna have to guess

  @@Altaltalt4-js1sh The TARGETING MARK. When you hover your mouse over a skill slot a targeting mark will appear on the abno's body showing which part that slot corresponds to. The same mark will appear when you check body part for status.

  During the Alleyway Watchdog fight, when you mentioned the issue of Outis rolling a 13 for her evade I was wondering why you chose BL Faust over Lob Rem. Faust. Her 2 Lust Res passive is enough to bump Outis' evade from a 13 to a 15 if you have at least 2 Acupunctures and a single evade slot.

  That's exactly the problem, you need 3 skill slots. The only time the evade was a problem was the first and 2nd turn where you don't have enough skill slots to activate the passive. It's why resonance based passives are inherently less valuable for soloing and even when I do take them, they don't make much of a difference.
