  If you want to make a complete akaline version of this you can substitute the peanut butter for tahini and use Ceylon cinnamon instead of regular. Then omit the nutmeg and use date sugar instead of stevia.

It was another way to say "not only did whites slave us but they stole our land too!" I almost died of this generations embarrassment. Move forward or keep the wanna be black hatred in your head because this is why we can't all be one with eachother. That goes for all other races too. Whites Hispanics everyone. Damn the world needs a history lesson
