Hey man, I'm 2 and a half years in and I got a small knee injury 4 weeks ago. My own fault for fighting a 130kg dude at training but besides that! Seen knees getting blow out in training though so maybe judo is off the table. Boxing is good training, I boxed a year and didn't get more than a few bruises. You should get your body through to Whitburn Judo club one night and give it a try, you would get a feel for it. Not everyone does Randori, the fighting bit. Some dudes just train.

I am a Christian Sir. Yes I do have a few techniques to keep the head straight. I always feel from waking to going to sleep the mind is bombarded with thoughts not coming from a good place! Every day I take five or ten minutes and simply sit up on my couch, palms up and eyes closed. I just observe all the thoughts without feeling and see they are all trying to put me back into a false reality, the past or the future removing my attention from now. When I remind myself and see this I can instantly go about my day in the right way, being present, resisting any negative thinking and stress. Works like magic

If I recall I did clean on the throttle body as it had a small amount of oil residue in the contact points. The sabb is still running like a big Swedish dream 😃👍

that dead zone between 1700-2000 will be shit in the throttle body sensor. take the plastic cap off the bottom and clean the filth out and it improves it allot.

Something else you can do is go to 0w-40 A3B4 engine oil. According to my live data it has freed up about 20NM of command torque to hold idle when hot and closer to 40NM when cold. It also allows me to get around 50MPG with a functional DPF in mixed driving.

Well it's certainly possible, I watched the guys who made the claims. I personally know dudes who are 100% straight dudes but say and act ways that could be interperated as gay by some. In these cases it's a class of sence of humour. Mr Peterson may have had same sex relations in the past and overcome the behaviour with Christian values but the honest truth is only he knows. I love him regardless, he is a positive in the world and I respect him and his work. I can't judge if I do not know the facts and don't pay attention to gossip. Like I said in this video, I have heard much gossip about myself over the years which is unreal but amusing and I'm a simple guy. Famous Conservative types tend to be the target of untruths and fibs often! What's your thoughts?

On your injectors they all have a code made up of numbers and letters that should be coded to the ECU of the car. It will run but perhaps not as efficiently as it could if not coded to the car. The number is located on the top part of the injector and most garages can code them in a matter of minutes with a professional diagnostic tool. In the UK they generally charge £40/50 to do so. Wise words John, thank you. I left facebook when the "friends" I had that were Pro jab, Lockdowns etc. started waving Ukraine flags. COVID revealed how badly people are brainwashed and how easily programmed they are, and the Ukraine thing was either the icing on the cake, or the straw that broke the camels back for me. It can be quite the revelation to get your head around the fact that probably more than 75% of the people I see every day little more than functioning robots that can be programmed at any time to believe any thing. I just live in my own wee bubble now and let them get on with it. Keep up the good work !

Everyone else is no further forward than they were 2.5 years ago. I have one pal who has had non stop illness since his experimental medical procedure, at least now he is aware it was the dax , but he thinks he is in a small group of unlucky folk. Ideally parents would understand how the laws work and pass that knowledge to their children but sadly parents only pass on Ipads and other useless traits to children. Too many people make too much money making up new "laws" for things to change any time soon but on the whole that's an issue of greed over righteousness. Until a better system is agreed upon its useful to understand how it works to navigate through it as best as possible. It's like we have agreed to the laws without reading the small print, using the crown legal name is a tacit agreement to comply

I am a Christian Sir. Yes I do have a few techniques to keep the head straight. I always feel from waking to going to sleep the mind is bombarded with thoughts not coming from a good place! Every day I take five or ten minutes and simply sit up on my couch, palms up and eyes closed. I just observe all the thoughts without feeling and see they are all trying to put me back into a false reality, the past or the future removing my attention from now. When I remind myself and see this I can instantly go about my day in the right way, being present, resisting any negative thinking and stress. Works like magic

Could also be a throttle actuator malfunction the hesitation but thank you for the video man helps a lot
If I recall I did clean on the throttle body as it had a small amount of oil residue in the contact points. The sabb is still running like a big Swedish dream 😃👍

that dead zone between 1700-2000 will be shit in the throttle body sensor. take the plastic cap off the bottom and clean the filth out and it improves it allot.
Something else you can do is go to 0w-40 A3B4 engine oil. According to my live data it has freed up about 20NM of command torque to hold idle when hot and closer to 40NM when cold. It also allows me to get around 50MPG with a functional DPF in mixed driving.

Well it's certainly possible, I watched the guys who made the claims. I personally know dudes who are 100% straight dudes but say and act ways that could be interperated as gay by some. On your injectors they all have a code made up of numbers and letters that should be coded to the ECU of the car. It will run but perhaps not as efficiently as it could if not coded to the car. The number is located on the top part of the injector and most garages can code them in a matter of minutes with a professional diagnostic tool. In the UK they generally charge £40/50 to do so. Ideally parents would understand how the laws work and pass that knowledge to their children but sadly parents only pass on Ipads and other useless traits to children. Too many people make too much money making up new "laws" for things to change any time soon but on the whole that's an issue of greed over righteousness. Until a better system is agreed upon its useful to understand how it works to navigate through it as best as possible. It's like we have agreed to the laws without reading the small print, using the crown legal name is a tacit agreement to comply
