I having the same problem.. password not working.. can't get to P mode.

I am having the same problem!!! This KZread video is stupid!! It will not let you get past the password in order to reset to factory settings. Whatever happened to alt-shift-delete??? They are not calling me back. That’s what I get for not doing my research and buying China!!!

hello! Make sure after you enter 9.5 tax rate, you press the "%" key to add that rate, as well as the SUB TOTAL button to confirm, before pressing Cash no sale to checkout.@@jessecanakiso5865
