What if I had no ribbon?
sure this works for that model printer, that exact phone and version, and in the year 2021. good luck recreating that exact environment, because for my galaxy and a 2024 ZQ511 the procedure was absolutely, completely different. and the IKEA-style 10-step setup page enclosed with the printer equally minimized what it takes to get this going. it's not too hard if you're in I.T. but this video was decidedly not much help. for me i had to: 1. note the SN (e.g. XXRAN...) on the lower back of the printer, 2. go to bluetooth settings on the phone, turn it off, turn back on, 3. wait til the XXRAN number appeared under list of devices to pair, 4. hold down the feed button on the printer for 3s, 5. select XXRAN on the phone, 6. back on the printer, when prompted, select the check button, 7. then on the phone when prompted, select pair with device, allow, or whatever. again, nothing like what was described in this video whatsoever.

I prefer the finger strap. It allows the device to always be in the way if you required to move anything but why would you be using one if you wernt being used for slave wages in a warehouse. But also the finger strap built in safety feature allowing the device to at the worst moment loosen and fly off the finger. But hands down the best is the teeth like vice teeth that hold the strap and allow adjustment. Most are broken so you never need to worry about adjusting it.

It's amazing that you at no point talk about what it can print. Neither sizes nor color/grayscale, etc. And god forbid that we should see even a single example of the print quality. Is all that really so much less interesting to your viewers than the foldable side-door?
