  Do you have tips to dominate the flowrider as soon as I get there for the first time, I know how to skateboard at an intermediate level so would that apply to the flowrider?

  Hi. 1- every training is provided to you but background is needed, usually, to get accepted. 2- ofc 3- no days off 4- every 2 week

  I love bolo de mel.... it's like Jamaica cake and fruit cake. It's has a very strong taste but if you like ginger cake you will love this.. ❤️ 😍 Christiano status looks like Wayne rooney. The head is squished like a football.. next time go to the valley of nuns and try to be around the festivals around middle August.. the old town is covered in flowers
