  Dislocated my kneecap in a similar fassion to the german lady, except mine was at a trampoline park, when a kid ran across while the workers were trying to get me on the backboard (Funny thing is that they didnt know how to get me on, since im a lifeguard i had to tell them how while i was in severe pain) but it was the most agonizing pain i've ever felt.
