Yes you can group the questions, no it doesn’t collect the data if they don’t complete the form!
This is great stuff... I am using GHL for doing Land Investment and my form was getting rather lengthy. So, this helps a lot to make this work and show less on a lead page.

This is a great resource to be compliant with the laws and protect businesses from potential lawsuits. As they say, ignorance of the law excuses no one. If someone wants to take TCPA compliance to the next level, aside from HighLevel, implementing a phone validation API in your system would be a great advantage as it lets you know if numbers are both in the Federal DNC and 13 state-specific DNC lists. Not only that, it lets you know if numbers have TCPA litigation history. Those numbers you want to avoid as they are serial litigators.

Hey Chris! To access the power dialer function, you need to schedule manual calls for your contacts through a workflow, and then click "go to manual actions" on the Dashboard in GHL to start your dialing session.

Great video! I recently left Cross Country Mortgage (direct lender) after being there 6 years for a local Mortgage Broker and noticed that Conv, Fha, and VA was 75-100 pbs better. Sometimes more! Better comp on the Broker side as well (except for direct lender Branch Managers) and Arive is SO much better than clunky Encompass! I guess I’m not the only one! 😂
Just don’t know how direct lenders could ever make a come back without reducing margin pretty substantially
@@MolinaMonday agreed, it's hard to foresee what retail lenders will do to swing the pendulum in the opposite direction. I don't think we're witnessing the end of retail lenders, so it'll be interesting to see how they get LOs to come back or never leave!

Its amazing. I liked the topics you pulled up better and used those. Created a monthly drip email to send out to entire database in BN Touch. Done.
