my friend had an outlander and at around 60 mph, it was sitting at around 2000 rpms, but he babies the gas pedal, so it didn't hit the higher rpms, but u might need to replace your cvt fluid, cause its not normal.

??? not sure what that comment is saying? Bolts are extremely reliable evs that have a decent amount of technology in them if you get the higher end trims. more tech then comparable econo ice cars. when comparing them to a gas car they are significantly cheaper to operate and for most have significantly less maintenance issues. Sorry for this guy, Once the issues is fixed I'm sure this bolt will go another 100k miles with nothing but wiper blades and tires. most do. The main "issue" with the bolt is the charging speed. limited to 55kh realistically about 52 kwh and that's only to 50 percent where it slows down. with a decent range of 250 miles on the highway doing 400 mile days is a breeze, doing longer then that and the bolt will really slow you down. they are great long distance commuter cars and are somewhat of what you could call a sleeper. they are not blisteringly fast, but they are very quick for what looks like an econo car.

I have a CX-90 PHEV Premium Plus and I really really like it! It handles great, and it's super comfortable on long road trips. Plenty of power when both the gas engine and the electric motor are cooking, and just yesterday I did a 300 mile trip with the battery depleted and still got 31 mpg at a steady 80-85 miles an hour. The powertrain could stand some refinement, but according to the forums the software updates available at the dealer make a big difference, so when I go in for my first oil change I'll ask for them to be applied. Minor nitpicks -- it has a couple rattles that come and go and annoy the hell out of me, and I really really wish the PHEV was available with the signature lighting and memory mirrors from the Turbo S, since the non-adaptive headlights are a little lacking, and having mirrors tilt in reverse would make this barge a little easier to parallel park. And frankly, for nearly $60k MSRP it SHOULD have those features. That being said, I'm still a big fan, but the jury is still out on whether I will buy the vehicle at the end of my 2 year lease, or move on up to a Turbo S for the extra powertrain refinement and a couple extra features.

I have had three Mazda’s and all with no major issues, just normal wear and tear. I had a built in Japan 2014 3 sGT sedan for 7 years. Traded that in for a 2021 CX30 Turbo Premium Plus, built in Mexico. I had the CX30 for 2 years and 8 months, again no issues. She had 48K on her. I only traded her in because I wanted something a bit larger. I wasn’t looking at getting a new car, it just happened. It has nothing to do with made in America. Most Camrys, Corollas, RAV4s are made in America, and they are mostly all bulletproof. The main problem here is, one should be wary when thinking about purchasing an all new vehicle, within the first model year or two. These bad quality issues are usually ironed out by the second and third model years. So my advice, avoid buying the first model year of an all new design.
