  Yogi Bhajan was a fraud , a money grabber, and a sexual predator. He created a sect , while Sikh teachings are anything but sectarian. . As a Sikh convert from European catholic upbringing, I can say that what he preached had nothing to do with Sikhi .tantric yoga has nothing to do with Sikhi.. Harbhajan Singh Puri was a corrupt customs officer, in Delhi, before starting his own cult. He made many claims . He knew nothing about yoga before moving to the USA.

  Thanks for info. I went to a retreat in Orlando Florida in probably 1973….. I’m glad I got out quickly because I was a seeker of truth. Got home after that Christmas vacation…. Because they took Jesus out of the little chapel and put a big painting of Guru Nanak in a yellow turbin …. where this young girl was expecting to see Jesus….. not cool.

  Teach them about divide and rule policy ..and the jallianwala bagh incident also.. how u bought lal singh pm of sarkar e khalsa (sikh empire)nd tez singh and gulab singh dogra ...not even a single act done by britishers in india or in sikh empire was righteous .every british act was inhumane nd traitorous ..u won but still u lost bcz that battle wins were achieved by perfidy

  Was the Daria-i-Noor diamond ever held by the Sikhs? I thought Nader Shah took it to Persia after his 1747 invasion of the subcontinent. Is it perhaps a fantasized depiction of the diamond on Sher Singh's armband?

  All gurus and possible cults should be studied like the way Philip has done. Very through. Excellent work. In practice what I understood from all of this, YB has copied certain sadhanas, practices of other yoga teachers and combined under the name of Kundalini Yoga. It worries me more if he come up certain made up kriya's

  I found this workshop at coming Yoga Festival in France. It refers clearly to the name Santa Hazar Sing This workshop will cover the history of Kundalini Yoga & its origins in the Singh Jogi (Lion Yogi) lineage of the Akali Nihang Singh Khalsa. It will start with a lecture on Sikh Yoga tradition Via Guru Nanak, its origins in the Sant movement of Medievil India and a discussion on Kundalini Yogas Lineage of teachers. Those present at this workshop will be empowered with the transmission of rare meditation and kriya techniques that are at the fundamental heart of Shabad centered practice. TEACHER'S BIO Bhupinder Singh Nihang & Guvinder Singh Akālī are both Nihangs who hold the sacred transmission of the Khalsa's Meditative and Yogic metaphysical traditions. Bhupinder Singh Nihang has been a long serving Sevadar of the 3ho community across the world, having met the Siri Singh Sahib when he was in his youth - which lead him to meet the Nihang elders. Guvinder Singh is a research scholar, his teacher Nihang Baba Teja Singh was the brother of Sant Hazara Singh. He serves to preserve lineage.
