If someone needs to have an AED used on them the one pad goes on the upper right side of the chest below the collar bone. It would seem to me that it makes more sense to have the battery on the left upper chest. Can the patient ask to have it on the left side instead of the right?

Pacemakers are typically installed on the left. That's what elective implants are typically done on the right. You can certainly ask, though.

Tysabri is the best treatment I’ve ever taken. Unfortunately, I have something called the JC Virus which prevents me from taking this MS-life changing medicine. Whenever I think about Tsabri or see something about it, it hits me hard that I can’t take it. Im not being hyperbolic, I mean it when I say EVERY TIME.

Even though this is the Comment Section and I’m not breaking the guideline rules and this Comment is just one person’s testimonial, I’m pretty sure it will be unfairly taken down. I hope some people see it before that happens.

Hi from Canada 🇨🇦! I have no diagnosis for the past 10 plus years. Is there a blood test, specifically nerve inflammation? I have a referral for a CT scan & take fluid from my spine. I was only to talk with a neurologist twice. I want to be able to ask my doctor if there's blood tests etc. I will wait for at least another year for the CT scan, fluid taken from my spine. I live in Alberta, Canada. I feel as I have been left on the back burner the past 10 years plus. Any advice much appreciated! TIA!
