@@SaltBrosOutdoors Think it will be the move with how cold the sea side has been. What was the setup for this one? I usually use my 12footer and 6500 diawa then overkill with rig, 85lb braid, 500lb mono, steel and 18/0 hook. Them things FIGHT, such a work out, especially bay side, you dont have the waves helping you.

@@SaltBrosOutdoors we use big chunks of blue fish or whole 1-2 lb fish with small two speed conventional reels and no not top dollar stuff, that shit is for those big greasy handshake boats all for looks, you boys should do well right before this up coming full moon , they'll be chewing good after dark

Went kayaking last weekend in Barnegat and saw a big dorsal fin and tail sticking out of the water around sunrise, it was probably one of these guys.

That may have been a Sandbar shark. You could have put some ray on a hook and caught much bigger sharks. That one mile walk is no joke but worth it at times.
