Eric B Zink

Eric B Zink

Hi, I'm Eric,
I am NOT a licensed Therapists, Doctor, or Counselor, Mental Health Advocate, or Addiction Advocate, I am none of that and wish not part to be. Instead, I am just a guy who shares what I have learned from being diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, GAD, MDD, Lost a Wife, and Father to suicide attempted myself in 2018, struggle with self-harm, see a therapist, take meds, work through body image issues along with being a recovering alcohol and cocaine addict. I found just sharing helps others sometimes and helps us, so maybe something here will help you and maybe it won't but no matter what you are going through, you matter and it is worth the fight!

Your dad was my doctor for many years. I'm sorry for the pain you've gone through. I miss your dad so much. He helped me through many things going on in my life over the years. He was a good man we shared the love of motorcycles.

I've never been nothing but happy, coke has never made me angry. From withdrawal, I have an issue with my nervous system, like I get these weird electrical pulses from my head to all my extremeties, when I change direction while walking or changing what I'm looking at, and it's a constant. I have done an extreme amount. Anybody else experiencing this? ❤

I have really bad PTSD from childhood trauma, combat stress and relationship traumas. Clinical depression and anxiety. Kratom helped for about a year. Now im trying to quit and i get about 3 days in and my anxiety and depression go through the roof. Suicidal thoughts like ive never had before. This really sucks.

My old friend Angelo was bipolar when he started his meth voyage. So we thought at first he was having issues. Nope. It was meth. Our friendship ended when he attempted to guilt me to have gay s*x with him. Never in the twenty years I knew him did anything like that ever happen. Out of the blue. He got a bit violent BUT he wanted to FAFO so he found out. I never spoke to him again. Apparently, Meth can create hypers*xuality that can lead to risky behaviors, even behaviors that do not align with orientations. To users it is known as "Meth gay."

I definitely prefer baths over showers. When I'm in the shower, it feels like a thousand daggers are hitting my back. It's actually quite painful.

Can PTSD also cause this? Step 1 put it off 2 walk there 3 place flip flops in certain place 4 place towel in certain place 5 run sink 6 shave 7 brush teeth 8 climb into the shower 9 spend 20 minutes in there thoroughly rinsing body then lather then thoroughly rinse again. Sorry for the step by step but every time is identical. Maybe military service related? Do I need to mention this to my PTSD assessor? Much love from the UK mate

I am always in pain so morning is worse than a night shower. My shoulders are going to crap so that’s a struggle. Lost all rotation in right shoulder. Then you get out and I have to brush my hair out. Yes. The water has to be just right. I hate going to hotels.
