Um barracão low cost com apenas um piso, feito com “madeiras de paletes”? Vão envernizar aquilo todos os anos? E para arder é num instante. Aqueles pilaretes na zona onde se páram os carros para largar os passageiros, é para batermos com as portas dos carros neles ao as abrirmos e assim as danificarmos? E vejo o espaço para circulação automóvel (e não só) frente à futura gare bem mais apertado/limitado que actualmente. Esta mania de poupar nos custos/materiais, construindo coisas que parecem prefabricadas ou para deitar abaixo 1 ano depois, tornou-se moda? E que tal terem juízo? Só falta meterem ali um daqueles ar condicionados (agora muito comuns nos shoppings, hóteis e lojas do grupo Inditex) que usam água para arrefecer o ar, metendo ainda mais humidade num clima que já é húmido. Poupar, poupar, poupar. Conforto, zero! Não se atrevam a mexer na torre de controlo (das mais bonitas e integradas com a paisagem local que já vi). Só faltava essa também. E aqueles cafés na gare que deitam para à rua, o sol que vão apanhar lá dentro, principalmente de manhã… ahhhh, maravilha. Isto é só desenhar uma cena “futurista” com linhas agressivas e barata e depois os passageiros que se lixem. Gare integrada com a paisagem, com materiais de qualidade, excelente estética/design e conforto era a actual! Só precisava de pintura/manutenção. Ainda me lembro nos anos 90 quando ela era nova. Começo a achar que foi um erro privatizar os aeroportos. Qualquer dia parece tudo um shopping ou uma barraca low cost, com toda a gente a transpirar lá dentro porque nem ligam o ar condicionado ou o mesmo agora é uma porcaria. Vivia-se bem nesta terra era em 2002. Agora esquece! Até as vias rápidas/vias expresso estão uma m****! Inclui iluminaçâo nos túneis e limpeza/lavagem/manutenção dos ditos (outra vez os privados a cortarem custos, e outro arrependimento por deixarmos aquilo entregue aos privados). Aeroporto da Madeira tornou-se numa feira sem ar condicionado, com luz natural tapada por lojas, e porcarias no exterior feitas com “madeiras de paletes”, num autêntico crime estético. Vou emigrar é para a China! 🤬

During my vacation in Portugal, I broke my ankle in two places in an accident, my leg was fixed in a plaster cast in a hospital in Lisbon, I move with great difficulty with two crutches. That's why I need a wheelchair. I ordered it from airBaltic and in Riga it was great (as in a civilized country) - the wheelchair was brought into the plane and I was taken to the parking lot. There was a completely different attitude at your Lisbon airport - I can only call it wild, uncivilized and evil - I myself had to walk with crutches to check-in with great difficulty. Your airport employee carelessly waved his hand - go there, wait! A young man came who had confused me with a "Maruta" I didn't know, I explained that my name is Viesturs. Thanks to him, he took me through all the checks and took me to gate 12, promised to be there to help me get on the plane, but never came. A dark-skinned young woman with curly hair came in his place, asked to show the ticket several times and spoke for a long time on the mobile phone. Boarding began, she began to explain something in poor English to my wife, who did not understand any of it and despaired, because all the passengers had left, we were left alone. I called, talk to me, but then the incredible happened - she turned and demonstratively let you go, approached another dark-skinned employee, both talked and left, she doesn't pay any attention to us anymore. I experienced something like that for the first time in my life - I was left helpless, if it weren't for my wife, I would stay at your airport. Thank God, I held the luggage as best I could, a young man from the check-in helped - we took the elevator down and got to the bus and the plane that was waiting for us - we left almost an hour later. I can only call the criminally indifferent attitude of your employee evil, wild, uncivilized and extremely cynical. A normal person does not leave a disabled person in distress. I believe that such a person cannot work in your job. If you have access to airport security videos, you can see the whole thing - I'm not falsely accusing anyone, I'm just stating the facts. It is up to your conscience what you decide to do with this - punish, reward, or simply ignore what I wrote. I look forward to your reply.

Eu fui soldado pá na base aerea n11 em beja 1975 1976 e tinha o n28 75 sou de felgueiras distrito do porto na altura não éra europorto mas gostei muito de lá estar um abraço para todos os meus colegas que lá estiveram comigo

Appalling service by ANA My Way on Saturday 18th March at Faro Airport departing for UK. I am unable to walk up or down stairs yet I had to walk down 2 flights of stairs unaccompanied carrying my coat. Another 2 passengers were in the same position, 1 on crutches. We were told that if we didn't get down the stairs, the plane would go without us. Please provide email for compliant so that I can attach photo of stairs

Hello. My flight its from Marrakech to New York, but my connection is in Lisbon, that means I don't need to be checked in passport control in Lisbon, right? The flight arrives in Terminal 1 and next flight depart from Terminal 1 too. Thanks

Can you not get off the plane and walk to the next plane if at same terminal without going through security and passport control? I have a flight Madrid-Lisbon-Dublin in October with a 2hr 30min transfer time. I am worried about missing the connection as its late at night and not a huge time to transit
Propaganda mentirosa. Serviço MyWay é desprovido de qualquer humanidade. O pessoal que deveria ser "responsável" por acolher e direcionar os passageiros com mobilidade reduzida são incapazes, ineficientes e não respondem por seus atos. Minha mãe ficou jogada junto com outros idosos que como ela não podiam e nem sabiam se dirigir até o portão de embarque, porque a funcionária" Granado Nº 94247" que estava incumbida de selecionar uma pessoa para acompanhar, não executava seu dever. Após falar com o funcionário Gonçalves, que apesar de (rodeado de funcionários com a frase MyWay), demorar muito para acionar por computador, o funcionário Bruno, que estava mesmo a minha beira, foi que, consegui que minha mãe não perdesse o voo. Como se não bastasse o fato de: na minha qualidade de cliente e consumidora estar insatisfeita, desesperada com a angustia de minha mãe idosa se despedindo para um outro continente, a mesma funcionária (Granado Nº 94247) teve a lata de dizer ao rapaz Bruno "_ se eu fosse você Bruno eu não levava". Nunca presenciei tamanho descaso. Quer fosse por um consumidor, quer fosse por uma pessoa necessitada por ajuda.
