It is my absolute pleasure to have you here. My name is Maame Yaa Owusuaa, a Ghanaian based in the Uk. I am a teacher, married, and blessed with 4 beautiful children.
Right from my early age, the kitchen has and will always be my comfort place! I call it my office because it's where I plan, organise, and prepare delicious meals for family and friends.

Back in Ghana, I remember how I would happily spend time with my mum in the kitchen, chatting, cleaning, and cooking for the family.

I am greatly inspired and passionate about cooking and creating new recipes.

    Which herbs did you use? What is the purpose of these herbs? If after 3 months I need to use the tomatoes in one jar and I can only use one tomato per day, how do 1 keep the rest preserved? Or, Must they be used at the same time?
