It seems like America has a lot of real bitches in law enforcement who just love throwing their horrid voices around and taking out their sexual frustrations or deviations on other people.Just the horrible tone of their voices would make me uncooperative...Women do not belong in the military or in law enforcement....it must be the big Hollywood compromise for them?! Ironically the only place they could be handy is in doing patdowns of female suspects...yet we see men doing this.

If a person isn’t obviously impaired, leave them alone ffs. I boat a lot in FL and I’m terrified to have a single drink on the water if I need to drive because of nonsense like this. I’m actually afraid of being arrested if I hadn’t even had a drink because these sfst’s are rediculous and I’m pretty sure I’d fail them stone cold sober. I wouldn’t even try them I’d refuse because I’m not giving them BS evidence to hold against me. If you really think I’m impaired take me to jail and I’ll blow. Reasonable suspicion is what they need to detain you. Probable cause is needed for an arrest. If they didn’t see you with a drink in your hand, you know you’re not impaired, don’t do the tests because failing any part of them gives them probable cause. If they arrest you anyway, sue them and they’ll be more selective on who they decide to mess with. If I’m the officer I’m letting this guy go, he’s obviously not impaired enough to be a danger. The eye test is obviously inaccurate. You can have the eye twitching naturally or for other medical reasons. Why participate in giving them a reason to arrest you. There’s no chance if they tried to arrest him just solely based on observation without any tests done, that they would have had probably cause. They guys are just on a witch hunt trying to fill quotas and it’s disgusting and it’s exactly why trust in police is going down the tubes.
