    Hello. My car gives P2423 code. I have a problem with the cat. I would like to investigate with details about this on my car. Does your device show info about this such as chemical levels in the exhaust gases, oxygen sensors’ data/readings such as their voltage, charts, etc? TY

    I look after the cars of my friends and family, Ferodo brakes are my 'go to' option and i don't fit any other brand. This week I removed Brembo cross drilled and vented discs and Brembo pads from my own car as they were due and I replaced with Ferodo. The Brembo's did perform well but i agree with other comments that you had to get a bit of heat in them then press the pedal a bit harder to get the 'bite'. The Ferodo brakes give more confidence from the moment you press the pedal. Also the coating on them keeps corrosion to a minimum so the look good for a long time when seen through your wheels. I'd really recommend you give Ferodo brakes a try, you won't be disappointed.

    Who is this donkey? Speed rating is maximum approved rotational speed. Hence "speed". Load rating is how much weight it's approved to carry at that max speed. Comfort is just a combination of air pressure, rubber compounds and thickness of the rubber. Wtf.

    That Ford Focus is one wheel drive and with very archaic version of traction control by brake. No LSD in the front, and with all-season CC2 tires, it will be a problem climbing and moving uphill in those conditions.

    Would be a cool brand if not every single wheel was a cheap knock off of a well known wheel. They're really the temu/ali express of wheel brands

    They're actually not that bad in the wet, they give you a bad feeling. They feel like they're slipping but you can push them more and you'll stay in your desired tracks. Very strange! But wear is rather high and they're very soft which feels gummy in faster corners especially on hot days

    CHUCHUCHU is either turbo flutter or compressor surge. Per greddys instructions. Your suppose to loosen the Blow Off Valve so air is coming out of it at idle. Then, slowly tighten until no air is coming from the valve. Then your set.

    This is the best test on the Cross Climate on the internet. Europeans generally come across snow on hills. Driving a circuit on the flat is irrelevant.

    You might want to check your starter amperage draw, I've done several VAG starters on the 1.8T for slow crank/high amp draw and they all started out sounding like yours a year to a few months before they started to draw so many amps the cars had problems starting reliably. Your spark plug experience mirrors my own with an older high compression Toyota. The IRTT idle smoother, start more easily, and feel more refined and precise than standard style Iridium plugs like the NGK IX's I had. Supposedly they'll also maintain that ideal performance much longer even under harsher conditions. They're a mass market version of the Denso Super Ignition Plug (SIP), if you want to dive into the R&D behind them there's a few papers and resources on them outlining some of the testing and development, a collaboration between Denso and Toyota starting in 2003. Basically the two fine points provide a more consistent and precise spark location and intensity with lower firing voltages.

    Question, Did you use the smallest extension hose? Did you have to keep pumping or did it work like siphon where you only needed to pump every few minutes to maintain a vacuum like we see on other manual fluid extractors?

  • @DriveTuneMedia
    @DriveTuneMediaАй бұрын

    I didnt use the smallest hose. Yet. I don't have to keep pumping. Maybe pump for 10 seconds it will suck for 20 seconds or more. Depends on the oil viscosity, how warm it is.

    The the Ferodo Eco Friction brake pad is not recommend! It brings always a noticeable fading with ferodo premier coat+ disc! The Standard TRW Disc+Pad is even more worse, so this two delete it from your mind! The Brembo p23 did never show this fading behave at the same braking point with standard brembo disc like before explained, ferodo. To go safe: Stay kind while braking with the brembo combination and don't brake extremely brutal aggressive on high speed! The Brembo brake consumption all over all is definitive for my opinion a little bit too high, depending on your drive style. So my question is, can the ferodo disc premiere coat+ be combinated with brembo brake pad, does this allow these combination? Thank you

    I love the tires. Quiet and comfortable even with the 80-90mph speeds on a trip to the Grand Canyon. If I had one complaint (which I have gotten used to now) is a slight vague on center feel.

    Crossclimate 2's are the best tires ever made. Nothing is better in rain or wet. It's as good as a dedicated winter tire in snow. Nothing is good on ice, these included. They aren't performance tires, and are worse at cornering but a very worthwhile trade off for my non-racecar. 2 years later, the tread is as good as ever and I can't imaging trying anything else ever again.

    Bc Br coilovers are shock in tube when the teins actually use the whole casing making the shock internally bigger an able to hold more damper oil then a shock in tube coilover.

    Hello, I have a Toyota auris 1st gen 2.0 d4d, with mostly highway and back road driving, not a lot in the city. Were I'm from roads, even highways, give a bit of a rough ride so I would like something reasonably comfortable but mostly reliable. Here I can find Sachs a bit cheaper then Kayaba.
