  I was diagnosed 2 years ago. Most of the doctors I went to sucked tho. (W tips, or general knowledge abt it.) I cried every night and got bullied for it. I don't want anyone else to go through that so here's some tips. 1. Practice the little, but important things like reading, breathing, writing, etc. Sometimes there's a short period of time in which u forget how to do basic things like reading. It's called a Short Forgetting Period. (SFP) But if u skip practicing, it lead to VERY DANGEROUS situations, like u mught lose ur breath and faint if u forget how to EVEN BREATHE...IMAGINE IT! IT'S TERRIBLE. (I'm speaking from experience sadly.) 2. Keep learning more about DPS. 3. JSHVTORMMBRTHNGS Were u able to read that? Cause if no, that is a sign that you do.... NOT have DPS. This is not a completely CERTAIN way to tell bc some ppl w DPS actually can't read texts like that, aka DPW (Dumb Person Writing) Now here's the tip, practice reading basic words and ALSO practice WALKING. (not running, or anything else, just walking. Bc u can easily increase ur speed.) Us ppl w DPS have a trouble in our brain. Basically, we stress too much over a LOT of DUMB things, and it triggers an attack in our body where we can't feel our body, can't MOVE our body, our vision gets blurry (not all the time.) and our body temperature rises A LOT. This most the time causes my arms to turn red and itchy sometimes. (they turn itchy for other reasons tho.) My eyes get really hot which is why most the time, FOR ME, my eyes get SUPER blurry. So that's all I have to say about it. Also a lot of people take advantage of my eyes getting blurry and write things...on my stuff and my arms.. sometimes they think I'm lying ao they use erasers to try and erase the redness from my arms. Most of the time it causes more itchiness. In other more serious situations, it could cause my arms to stay red and hot for a few more days. (W very high temperature.) I tried to put ice cubes in my clothes once bc someone did the eraser thing , and UHHH it did NOT tyrn out well..😅.. BASICALLY, it all melted down my BUTT. In my PANTS. I was wearing WHITE pants. WHITE. AND THE REASON THAT'S EVEN WORSE IS BC SOMEONE (my teacher and 3 other students) put YELLOW WATER ON.MY.CHAIR. IT LOOKED LIKE I PISSED! AND ON TOP OF THIS, SOME STUDENT TOOK A 4 MIN VIDEO AND 30+ PICS OF IT AND SENT IT TO THE WHOLE SCHOOL. AND POSTED IT ON OUR SCHOOL WEBSITE. (gossip one) SO YEAH, I'VE HAD A PRETTY BSD EXPERIENCE W THIS ALL. Also..once someone put wet toilet paper on my seat. BROWN-PAINTED! I LEFT THAT SCHOOL CAUSE OF THOSE PPL. SO PPL SHOULD TAKE DPS MORE SERIOUSLY. I PRAY FOR VANESSA. 🙏🏼 ☹️ Also once someone made a... let's say MARK...on my pants.. and they said "Oh there's something on ur pants! Lemme take it off!" But they actually out the mark on and sent it to their bff, who's mom ks the principal. And that principal did some..uhm..terrible things..with that ONE photo. Then when I told the principal abt it, (before I knew she had the photo.) she suspended me and said that her daighter and her friend were just joking. She told me i have to clean the garbage for a week after suspension..and those SAME girls caused my arms to..REACT again. Later that principal got fired and got a warning letter from the police and was not allowed in the education system ever again. It wasn't a happy ending tho..she caused a lot of problems for me. (Before she got fired, I had to deal w that for 1½ YEAR.) TYSMMMM TO WHOEVER READ THIS ALL THE WAY TILL HERE ❤️ DPLM! ❤️ (Dumb Person Lives Matter)
