People will look back in a few years time and think what the hell was Atmos all about. Absolutely no need for it in pop music, fine in the cinema, that's it. People are spending serious amounts of money for no reason at all.

Thank you Tom. In the 80's musicians like Steve Roach were inspired by your synths to make majestically beautiful music. Without you, that music would not exist. It is a crime that guys like this who are real scientists/inventors/engineers made almost no money while enabling so much beautiful music to be made pleasing millions around the world. Meanwhile, banksters become millionaires inventing nothing of value while just scheming up new ways to bend us over. Sign..

I dont like how they left their original Zen Studio purchasers hanging on telling them they were going to provide effects down the line, only provided a few pre plugins, but did not provide compressors and others as promised. that is unfair, after being told on the telephone they were coming. I even offered purchasing the plugins. No response. I suppose the only way is to buy the new Zen Studio. It just sucks. Same hardware, same price, less plugins. Business is business.

I Can't tell if this is still being monitored but here goes. At aroung the ten min mark you are talking about using Audiotrak on the bass input and nothing from the console. My question is why? I do have and use Audiotrak. It is very nice but somewhat generic. The Avid console looks to have all the same features built in and will also follow you scene to scene. It Is there some advantage here that I am missing. Does is sound better than the built in Avid stuff? Thanks

Have to agree that the CLA, Kramer and Puig plugs in have changed my game and made me enjoy recording again. I bought the CLA vocals and acoustic, the Kramer for Bass and Puig for drums which I used on my new Garageband 10. I run unique Izotope Ally 2 presets on all channels and then just add the Waves effects and it really makes recording a simple pleasure again. Oh and for EQ/frequency separation of sound, I have the Fab-filter Pro Q. That is also an amazing effect. I love all these plug ins and Garageband has made it fun as I have really gotten used to using their new drums. For mixing I'm using Tracks compressors. Thanks for all you guys do producing these cool effects. One thing I would love to see Waves pull off though is a Greg Price Vocal plug in that includes that Ozzy vocal effect out of the box. That would be sweet, especially if it was priced as well as the CLA plug ins.

came here for the ozzy harmonizer effect... I guess it's a harmonizer, but I heard in a different video with Greg that ozzy triple tracks all his vocals...but that's for the studio so i dont know
