Do you also keep track of macros like protein? I am curious because since I've started to try to lose weight, almost everybody talks about hitting the protein goal. I am a vegetarian and this style of eating is so easy for me, but I am scared of losing muscles and/or hair and other stuff.
I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian. But one of my friends challenged me to make a lentil bolognese sauce with some linguine. It was absolutely delicious. Never challenge a man who use to make authentic Italian food for a living.

I wouldn't go, because the food doesn't taste as good, look as good, smell as good, doesn't cook the same, feel the same & has no. If I do go vegan, it'll be a raw vegan and no b-12 supplements

I love the simplicity of one starch, one veggie and then some beans. A good splash of vinegar and soy sauce and some garlic powder. Just delicious

I would recommend you stop taking these vitamins. The late Dr Mcdougall (so sad he's gone 😢) said supplements are toxic. The only thing we should be taking is B12.

What pastas do you choose? Bean based?
I just use regular durham wheat semolina pasta. Preferably one with that as the only ingredient. I’m not gluten sensitive.
Not boring at all! When you quit eating processed crap and animals your taste buds gradually change back to how they should be and clean, Whole Foods like vegetables, grains, beans and fruit tastes amazing. I eat a huge salad every morning and it is the most enjoyable meal. Keep up the inspiration! 👍🩵

I'd love to know how long you cook lentils in your rice cooker. Also if you do a different cooking time for brown lentils and red lentils. I like this idea.
My rice cooker just turns off when the food is cooked, so there’s no timer.
Yup, I ate chicken daily and the same types of food. I eat more variety now.
