    Those improvements are incredibly impressive. Huge % increases well done! Very interesting to see your numbers as I'm similar weight to you at 170lbs. But your static pronation lift is about 25% more than mine 😁 Congrats at provincials too!

    Pronation lift doing its thing. Good job. What about rising? Rising is very imp for kings move, but how often do you train it compared to pronation?

    If you are in the negative already then you lost. Train neutral to positive only. Chance are if i got i got you palm up like that your in my sweet spot and you arent pronation out of it. Fruit for thought.

    Thanks! Currently I weigh between 72-74kg in the morning, cutting down to 70kg for my next tournament

    I pretty much found all the same things, including that 80-85% of 1RM is a good range to use. For me personally, I won't be using this program all the time. I might use this as a peaking protocol before competitions, but imo there are way better programs out there for building strength in the long term (such as conjugate, like Hutchings does). This just lacks too much in hypertrophy and volume to run it forever and still make optimal gains.

    Bro why not progressively overload this lift? Like start with bands Suspending the weight or use 25/35lb plates

    The 25 lb plate I have doesn’t have an edge like that to try and grip otherwise I would do that
