I enjoyed the topic Impacting the classroom, as educators teachers must come together and plan ways to create a rich learning enviornment with materials to support young children interest and learning .Also reflecting on every child view, and document their experiences in the classroom environment and value the children's experience in the classroom. I found watching the webinars were very encouraging, keeping control of the kiddos in each classroom. Repetitive interactions are very important I feel. The kiddos know what to expect and again the schedule each day is critical for understanding whether it's circle time, arts, etc. Repetitive, however is different each day. Impact a child's life is so important on a daily basis. We need to help each other become better each day because it helps ..communicate with other teacher's what works for them. Expand our horizons for our children's development!!!
