  Is Bahria Town expensive...YES...is it worth it, Absolutely (if you can afford it)You have to clean the common areas, and that is what HOA (Home Owners Association fees) in first world countries is for, this concept is in the USA, Europe, Dubai and Some Arab countries. Pakistanis are not used to it. so they are angry about why they have to pay for clean sewers, Parks, and Streets in Bahria Town...Why do they have to pay for Parks, Why do they have to pay for someone else's kids, Playing in beautiful Lawns and Gardens...Pakistanis (and most Indians/Desis) are used to living with broken sewer lines, broken roads, and smelly toilet water in front of their expensive homes.....That's why Bahria town is Different. Bahria Town is Pakistan's ONLY first World City (after Islamabad). Bahria Town is not going anywhere, it will only grow. 10 million overseas Pakistanis are extremely wealthy, especially those living in the USA, Canada, UK, sending back more than $50 billion dollars a yr ($35 Billion a yr via Banks), this is the best Gift, future, living, investment they can provide for their relatives and loved ones in Pakistan....Farhan from USA
