Just came across this video in 2023. I wonder if your top 5 list has changed since making this video?. My top 5 currently is: Medieval madness, Godzilla (stern), Monster Bash, Stern, Pirates of the Caribbean, Stern, Iron Maiden

Good choices. Anyone who likes Medieval Madness might also like Attack From Mars. Same creator, similar humor, similar layout. Easy to understand and lots of fun.

Theatre of Magic is one of the few pinball machines I've played (don't exactly have easy access to them where I live) but I still love playing it even virtually.

That Stern Star Trek table looks just like the Star Trek: Vengeance table featured in Stern Pinball Arcade, later featured in The Pinball Arcade. Stern did make some interesting tables in the 2010s before experimenting with LED displays in order to get with the times. I honestly feel like being more old school was what helped them stand out in the modern age of pinball.
