  Had one about ten yrs ago They are great Except for the high wear on the rubber contact rollers They are a poor design and thought they would of been changed by now Anyway stick with it as Compare to those Smoove one They are a lot better

  First time viewer of your channel. You're so fun! I had my first ever wheelchair assessment/OT appointment yesterday and am test driving a smart drive and another power assist device ("companion" like a mini batec, but doesn't look as fun/usful). Being able to keep my hands and arms down is a must (dysautonomia/migraine trigger to have them up.). Thanks for this video.

  I have been thinking a lot lately and God keeps saying to me to share my testimony. So here it goes. Sorry, it’s a long one. In October of 2017 I had an aortic dissection witch left me paralyzed. I had open heart surgery and with God’s grace and mercy I survived. I went to a nursing home to recoup and one day they said they were sending me to the hospital to get checked out. I found out I had sepsis and a Stage 4 wound on my backside (it was big and to the bone). I had to have a catheter and a colostomy to keep the wound clean. The plastic surgeon said it was good I was paralyzed so I wound feel the pain (God’s plan). In the meantime my sister and uncle met with the nursing home to inquire how this happened and their report was I was too dark skinned to see the wound even though bone was exposed 😡 After approximately 2 weeks I was released and they sent me to Mercy Spinal Cord Rehab unit to have therapy. Unfortunately I couldn’t do much because of the wound and I could only sit for 2 hours south Think I went to early and then I had to leave. I went to another nursing home I was there for maybe two weeks and they told me they were not equipped to handle my wound and sent me back to the hospital. I was grateful that they knew this and sent me away. Still God working in my favor. So another nursing home. Feeling stronger so I started doing more therapy. One day I was talking to my sister and I suddenly couldn’t hear her. I was rushed to the hospital unconscious. When I was conscious I had a feeding tube and my sister explained I had septic shock. Since I was in the nursing home they never changed my catheter and it fused to my intestines. I had to have part of that removed, I was on dialysis, I had a chest tube I was in ICU for about 3 weeks but God’s grace and mercy has sustained me!!! 🙌🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾🙌🏾. They were moving me to a regular floor and my sister told them she didn’t think I was ready they didn’t listen and I got up to the floor not even in the bed before I crashed and ended up back in the ICU. After a couple more weeks in the hospital I was moved y to another and my current nursing home. As I have thought about the last 5 years the one thing I have had and that has never failed me was my faith. I never had one moment of anger, depression or fear after becoming paralyzed because I know with God all things are possible. God has saved my life more than once in these last few years and I am forever grateful! I don’t know what my new journey or purpose is but I am praying and waiting for God to shore me. I have to thank my sister, daughter and uncle for being there for me because I know it was alot and I will never be able to thank them enough. I would also like to say a great big heartfelt THAN YOU too everyone who has and is praying for me. Prayer does work I am living proof!
