I see that your video content is very good. But the problem is your video have not much views,engaged, like, reach, comments subscribe. The first reason is your video keyword section is not perfect. First you have to fix your video keyword section area, And you need to seo related title selection write an Attractive seo relative description, and reaches high rank targeted keywords. According to the niche to rank your videos. And update your youtube video keyword section area, Then your video will be reached on the top search result youtube & Google.. If you want i can help you

I have to agree with what you said 100%...in Ireland, we have a similar problem...you apply for a job, get called for an interview and then if you're unsuccessful (you usually have to give yourself a deadline for when to expect a call or email) you usually get nothing but radio silence... If a company I apply for, and interview with rings me to tell me I've been unsuccessful I will hold them in high regard and they've about a 20% chance of me considering another opportunity with the company in the future...if they ring me to tell me I've been unsuccessful and offer me some "solid" (genuine) feedback they've about an 80% chance of me considering another opportunity with the company in the future...If the company doesn't call me at all and I'm left "hanging" if they contact me in the future concerning another opportunity OR another opportunity opens up with them they have 0% chance of getting me!!!...plus if they completely ignore me after I went to the bother and expense of attending an interview I'll warn other job seekers to avoid them like the plague!

Great to see your company investing in Recruiter Insider and therefore welcoming all feedback - positive and negative - to make your customer’s experience better. Wouldn’t our industry be perceived differently if al companies did that?!
