First heard this at the under 18's at Sterns nightclub in UK in 1990. Whilst I didn't know it at the time ,this was my introduction to Rave and Hardcore. What a track! Frank De Wulf is a genius and no apologies need to be made for the video..😁

This track is definitely influenced by Detroit Techno and Acid House. And the verses/vocal melody sound like Inner City's "Good Life" turned inside out. In fact, the backing vocalist on "Streetwise" is Errol Jones, an American guy who also had his own single in 1989 called "Don't Lose The Groove"... it has a similar sound to this track (it's also available on KZread).

I have no clue why this popped up in my feed, but I'm glad it did. It brings back memories of my youth clubbing in Houston, TX, during the late 80s and early 90s, starting at Club 6400 in 1988. Ah, the good ole days.
