It's interesting that there are three main variations in Josy's story, which is more than any of the other love interests, except for Maya who has a similar situation: 1)If you decided not to join them or you got rejected in episode 4 but still have feelings for her. 2)You're in the throuple. 3)You break up with them in episode 9. I'm really curious to see if having feelings for them will lead to a serious and major event in the game.

Personally, I stuck with Sage in my first playthrough😅, but in my second playthrough, I started exploring other branches and found myself really interested in Lily and Quinn, as well as Sage. They are now in my top three, in no particular order. But I'm excited for other girls content as well as those 3.

@@BaDits Oh yeah. I have a feeling there are going to be some issues there for sure. I imagine there are about to be some SERIOUS consequences if you took part in the restaurant, ESPECIALLY if you are on Sage's path. Honestly when it comes out, I think she is going to be pissed off that Tremolo knew that Quinn was whoring out her sisters, and if you partook....whew we are going to see the temper flare. I don't even want to imagine how bad it's going to be on a Sage run where you had an affair with her mom AND took part in the restaurant. As far as Maya and Josy goes, I don't think there will be any serious consequences if you dated/slept with a few people, but if you were a complete manwhore I can see it giving them second thoughts. They obviously don't like it if you tell them that during the truth or dare game at the Halloween party.

It really makes sense, considering all the trust and intimacy that the Throuple is built around that they wouldn't take it well, Josy most of all. The fact that the consequences are so painful is a good thing, I just can't be the one to inflict the pain. I know they're just fictional characters, but it's the nature of the medium and how amazing DPC is with facial expressions. Just can't hurt them.

Coming from the standpoint of someone who is polyamorous, and who has been in similar situations in the past, DPC really does a great job of accurately portraying some of the ways a Throuple actually works, most notably in the form of communication and honesty. I'm actually in the process of another playthrough right now, and I'm making saves at every major MJ scene so I can load them whenever I like. Planning to do the same for Sage and for some of the side characters I like after. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this game, it's characters, or it's story.

Great edit. Yeah a lot of shit is prepped to hit the fan for Quinn. Between Rio being kidnapped and her having to meet with Professor Burke and leaving angry, presumably because he has officially put an end to his support of, and turning a blind eye to, the restaurant, everything she does is falling down around her. Rio was already feeling less and less comfortable, I can say fairly confidently that she is going to be done with Quinn and the drugs/prostitution. If I'm right and Rio is out, then Camilla will be as well. Not to mention that with Rio being kidnapped, it's almost guaranteed that Sage is now going to find out what Quinn has been using her sisters for, and she is going to view that as a HUGE betrayal. With him announcing the title of Episode 11 being Paradigm Shift, I think things are about to get really, REALLY ugly on this path.

If Stephen steps back from everything, she's almost done at B&R, going from dreaming of running the sorority to possibly dropping out of college. Vinny isn't helping her either. He's playing it smart by targeting her right-hand woman, Riona, to wreck her business. He knows this will scare Riona to the point of making her back out of everything. He could have targeted Quinn directly and started a conflict, but he's smarter than that and knows the better course of action.

@@BaDits Yeah, Vinny is a sharp dude. DPC did a good job making him a character you love to hate. I really do love Rio, and I feel like Camilla is doing a really good job of helping her get out of her own head and realize her own value. Like when Quinn has her convinced that she will never finish college, and then Cammy is like, so tell me what class you've failed, and the answer is she hasn't failed any. I think this is finally gonna get Rio out from being wrapped around Quinn's finger, and I think she will be much better off for it. That is, of course, we DO get Rio back from Vinny safely. This is DPC after all, you never know.

I've always said that Rio and Camila's friendship is one of the best in the game. And Rio truly needs someone like Camila in her messed up life to help her. It depends on how DPC wants to move the plot, but I think Rio will be fine.

She's a terrible human being who sells counterfeit medicine, blackmails others into prostitution. (The girls have a choice but she tries underhanded tricks and mental humiliation, in case of Riona and Maya) I think only MC on Quinn path can save her from the trainwreck future she will be getting. Arieth's pregnancy is a joke for us players but I feel sorry for her, she is a victim of Quinn's malpractices. I think at best she might get a bittersweet ending. Let's see what DPC is cooking.

@@BaDits Nope. Throuple forever! Plus, it's hard for me to want to go down the others path. I think one of the most telling lines is at the end of chapter eight when Tremolo is getting ready to make his choice, and Elena tells Tommy how she hopes he realizes that fucking around until he crashes and burns won't leave to happiness, for Heathers sake. Not her exact words but best I can summarize it. I feel like the way she states that is very deliberate, and is the way to foreshadow that nothing down the Others path is going to lead to happiness in the end. Just my hunch.

@@1Flesh1 exactly. DPC doesn't put lines like that in for no reason. It's a warning of things to come. Tremolo says right from the first lines of the game that the story is about family. My theory is, that if you are on any MG path, you will form a family of seven, not necessarily in a relationship with all of them, but the group will be a family and always care about and support each other through the rest of life, with Tremolo as the lynch pin. If you go the others route, that family will never truly from, and in the end everyone will go their separate ways, leaving Tremolo alone, and everyone elses lives will bit duller for what never came together.

Personally, I stuck with Sage in my first playthrough😅, but in my second playthrough, I started exploring other branches and found myself really interested in Lily and Quinn, as well as Sage. They are now in my top three, in no particular order. But I'm excited for other girls content as well as those 3.

@@BaDits Oh yeah. I have a feeling there are going to be some issues there for sure. I imagine there are about to be some SERIOUS consequences if you took part in the restaurant, ESPECIALLY if you are on Sage's path. Honestly when it comes out, I think she is going to be pissed off that Tremolo knew that Quinn was whoring out her sisters, and if you partook....whew we are going to see the temper flare. I don't even want to imagine how bad it's going to be on a Sage run where you had an affair with her mom AND took part in the restaurant. As far as Maya and Josy goes, I don't think there will be any serious consequences if you dated/slept with a few people, but if you were a complete manwhore I can see it giving them second thoughts. They obviously don't like it if you tell them that during the truth or dare game at the Halloween party.
Jill is my main girl, like 90% of time, Rest of times just to experience other paths. I never chose Bella over Jill. And I agree, this is painful to watch. Thanks for the video/edit.

@@BaDits I agree. There's a bit of foreshadowing when it comes to Bella and her route. I have done her route, I just haven't done the romance Jill & Bella at the same time. Feels scummy but even if you don't pursue Jill on Bella's run, you still come away feeling awful for Jill.

The thing about J&M breakup is how realistic and interesting Josy's reaction about it, in Jill breakup route she doesn't react much and tries to keep it cool or even ultimately giving up on Tremolo by tearing up his picture if you've successfully dated her in S1 (in other MGs or others path) which is kinda disappointing for me (except for Jill & Belle route where Jill shows more reaction and hesitation about giving up on him,), like GIRL FIGHT FOR YOW MAN!!!

It really makes sense, considering all the trust and intimacy that the Throuple is built around that they wouldn't take it well, Josy most of all. The fact that the consequences are so painful is a good thing, I just can't be the one to inflict the pain. I know they're just fictional characters, but it's the nature of the medium and how amazing DPC is with facial expressions. Just can't hurt them.
@@JoshFichter Exactly! That's one of the main factors that place this game in a league of its own. The consequences and the well-written characters make the players feel like they're dealing with real people. DPC has done a great job.

Coming from the standpoint of someone who is polyamorous, and who has been in similar situations in the past, DPC really does a great job of accurately portraying some of the ways a Throuple actually works, most notably in the form of communication and honesty. I'm actually in the process of another playthrough right now, and I'm making saves at every major MJ scene so I can load them whenever I like. Planning to do the same for Sage and for some of the side characters I like after. I don't think I'll ever get tired of this game, it's characters, or it's story.

@@revan5313 Yeah, I think the path where you choose Sage has the most J&M reaction-type scenes. There's also a fairly long scene where Sage goes to Josy's room and talks to J&M about not knowing Tremolo was with them as well and not wanting to be the reason for any hurt.

Great edit. Yeah a lot of shit is prepped to hit the fan for Quinn. Between Rio being kidnapped and her having to meet with Professor Burke and leaving angry, presumably because he has officially put an end to his support of, and turning a blind eye to, the restaurant, everything she does is falling down around her. Rio was already feeling less and less comfortable, I can say fairly confidently that she is going to be done with Quinn and the drugs/prostitution. If I'm right and Rio is out, then Camilla will be as well. Not to mention that with Rio being kidnapped, it's almost guaranteed that Sage is now going to find out what Quinn has been using her sisters for, and she is going to view that as a HUGE betrayal. With him announcing the title of Episode 11 being Paradigm Shift, I think things are about to get really, REALLY ugly on this path.
@@JoshFichter Thanks, buddy. I agree with you. That scene in episode 10 could be a critical event for Quinn's business. If Stephen steps back from everything, she's almost done at B&R, going from dreaming of running the sorority to possibly dropping out of college. Vinny isn't helping her either. He's playing it smart by targeting her right-hand woman, Riona, to wreck her business. He knows this will scare Riona to the point of making her back out of everything. He could have targeted Quinn directly and started a conflict, but he's smarter than that and knows the better course of action.
@@BaDits Yeah, Vinny is a sharp dude. DPC did a good job making him a character you love to hate. I really do love Rio, and I feel like Camilla is doing a really good job of helping her get out of her own head and realize her own value. Like when Quinn has her convinced that she will never finish college, and then Cammy is like, so tell me what class you've failed, and the answer is she hasn't failed any. I think this is finally gonna get Rio out from being wrapped around Quinn's finger, and I think she will be much better off for it. That is, of course, we DO get Rio back from Vinny safely. This is DPC after all, you never know.
@@JoshFichter Exactly! I like how DPC has written Vinny's character; he's not just a pure evil character who causes trouble for the sake of it. That's a really good comparison. I've always said that Rio and Camila's friendship is one of the best in the game. And Rio truly needs someone like Camila in her messed up life to help her. It depends on how DPC wants to move the plot, but I think Rio will be fine.

I want to be honest with you. I kind of underestimated this subplot. When I finished season 2, I had no idea that there could be some serious stuff in it. However, season 3 quickly escalated things. Now the question is, will this subplot and its issues be resolved without any bloodshed, or...?
Me too. DPC has proven he has everything laid out years in advance, because some of this was seeded back in Season 1. Great work on the storyline compilation.

Arieth's pregnancy is a joke for us players but I feel sorry for her, she is a victim of Quinn's malpractices. I think at best she might get a bittersweet ending. Let's see what DPC is cooking.

I think one of the most telling lines is at the end of chapter eight when Tremolo is getting ready to make his choice, and Elena tells Tommy how she hopes he realizes that fucking around until he crashes and burns won't leave to happiness, for Heathers sake. Not her exact words but best I can summarize it. I feel like the way she states that is very deliberate, and is the way to foreshadow that nothing down the Others path is going to lead to happiness in the end. Just my hunch.

@@1Flesh1 exactly. DPC doesn't put lines like that in for no reason. It's a warning of things to come. Tremolo says right from the first lines of the game that the story is about family. My theory is, that if you are on any MG path, you will form a family of seven, not necessarily in a relationship with all of them, but the group will be a family and always care about and support each other through the rest of life, with Tremolo as the lynch pin. If you go the others route, that family will never truly from, and in the end everyone will go their separate ways, leaving Tremolo alone, and everyone elses lives will bit duller for what never came together.
