    Sicilian Pizza (Little Caesars Pizza) 1 & 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp hot water 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp instant dried yeast 3 cups white floor + 2 Tbsp wheat flour 1/2 cup olive oil for pan In a tub add the water and the salt and swirl to dissolve. Add the yeast and let sit for a few minutes to hydrate and dissolve. Add the flour, mix, cover and rest overnight in refrigerator. Take tub out of refrigerator and rest at room temperature for 1 hour. Spread the 1/2 cup of olive oil onto a half sheet pan (18×13) evenly to cover dough towards the edges and corners. Spoon out wet dough into oil pan and spread to corners. Rest 1 hour again. Add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes until cheese is browing and bubbly, and crust in crispy. Sicilian Tomato Sauce: 17 ounces/2 cups tomato sauce 8 ounces tomato paste 8 ounces/1 cup hand-crushed tomatoes 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon basil Olive oil, drizzle Provel processed cheese, which is a gooey combination of cheddar, Swiss, and provolone cheeses. Grated Pecorino Romano cheese, for dusting Dried oregano, for dusting Drizzling of Garlic Oil: 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 🍕Little Caesar's Crazy Bread: Dough: Proof 24 hours in container 1 & 1/4 cup water, 2 & 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp Salt, 1 TBsp Yeast, dust pan with 1/8 cup semonola Pepperoni (Optional) Mozzarella cheese (Optional) Toppings: Garlic Butter 1 Tsp Garlic Salt, 1/4 Cup Butter, 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Crazy Sauce Ingredients: 1 Can Tomato Sauce 1 Tsp Italian Dried Seasonings 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/8 Tsp Black Pepper 1/8 Tsp White Pepper -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Roll out Dough on a non stick surface. Cheese Garlic Bread 1 French Bread For the top of breadcrumbs before bake: 5 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons of melted butter (40 ml) 1 & 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan 1 teaspoon (3 grams) of parsley Bake 350 F for 25 minutes. Sicilian Pizzas SPINACH & RICOTTA bechamel + spinach + fresh mozzarella + ricotta + parmigiano SICILIAN SAUSAGE ground sausage + caramelized onions & peppers + fresh mozzarella + Calabrian honey N'DUJA & PEPPERONI San Marzano tomato herb sauce + fresh mozzarella + Calabrian honey drizzle CHICKEN PARMESEAN 1 prepared pizza dough 3 chicken breasts, Wisk: 1 egg with 1 tablespoon half and half, Combine: 1/3 cup bread crumbs, 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning, and 1/4 cup dry Parmesan cheese Pizza sauce: 14 oz Tomatoes sauce 14 oz diced tomatoes 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 Tbsp red pepper flakes 1/2 cup diced onions 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese DIRECTIONS: Place pizza dough in a greased 14 inch pizza pan. Use two plates or bowls, and put egg and half in half in one, beating well to combine. In the other mix the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Dip the chicken into the egg mixture, then the bread crumb mixture coating it well. Heat a skillet over medium heat, and add the olive oil, then add the chicken. (Add more olive oil if necessary.) Cook until brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a cutting board, and cut the chicken in small pieces. Spread the sauce evenly on the pizza dough. Top with the chicken parmesan, top chicken with more sauce, then the cheeses. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes until cheese is browing and bubbly, and crust in crispy.

    Thanks my Dad just got a ooni pizza oven. We tried stretching the dough, but we got ovular Pizzas. Its hard to stretch.
