#Schadenfreude. Especially when Croatian Jury gave just zero points to Switzerland and 1 points by televote. Note Croatia is the only Jury out of 36 to give zero points to Switzerland, all other Juries gave at least 5 points. And the Swiss, who played it fair-play in contrary to the Croats, gave 10 televote and the Jury 8 points to Croatia. It's called Swiss #karma.

George (and Shaun too)...Nemo's win is in my view not only well deserved - it's the most creative entry on Eurovision EVER!!. My question isn't why the jury awarded Nemo "so many" points (I wonder how they didn't get 12 points from all the Jury)....but how on earth did Baby Lasagna managed to get so many jury points!? On a musical level - Croatia should had nil points and I tell you why: 1 limited vocal range (one octave only - poor) 2 the chorus and "melodic" line (he doesn't even sing) is built on 4 notes only!! (very poor) 3 total lack of dynamics - all is 100% full compressed volume - no shades nor sophistication whatsoever - for me it's like watching a red wall (and my main genre is industrial post punk). 4 lyrics are childish - probably made in one afternoon 5 very repetitive - a mediocre producer can build that song in 5 minutes with 4 or 5 patterns (the 5th for the "green" moment). 6 too simple - anyone into music would get bored to hell "analizing" this song.... 7 not original - seen it all before (I can link you a few artists from the 80's and 90's) - they only stand out as they were in a "rock" niche...in a proper rock contests Baby Lasangna wouldn't stand a chance. I've listed the main and more evident factors but there are others.... Now please mention anyone else in the competition and I'll guarantee that act has more musicality than Croatia - but these other entries got much less points (that's the real rip off and an insult to genuine music talent). There must be other parameters used by the jury eg. fun, staging or else....but on music alone, I stand to my point - nil points to Croatia. Final thought...regarding ESC, I think George doesn't want a musical contest (I stopped watching after his comment on Portugal)...in the UK (where I'm based) there are 2 very popular tv programs: X Factor (for musicians) and Britain Got Talent (anything goes, as long as it is entertaining)....your Eurovision with Lordi, Baby Lasagna and many others similar acts is more like the second program (still fun...but for other reasons than music).

As a musician I've simply made my point - why acts like Baby Lasagna gets from the jury so many point than eg. Norway? Do you think is fair? What is the logic behind? I believe the jury points at one stage should be made available to us all and with it also the parameters being used: eg actual musical skills from the more technical eg.: vocal range, vocal agility these are measurable...to the more subjective eg. fun, originality, lyric content etc....if the vast majority of the public thought Baby Lasagna was 300 times more fun than Norway - probably that's the reason Croatia got all those points instead of Norway? But then those points should come from the public not from the jury...despite the massive help from the "experts" Baby Lasagna didn't win.
