  Bèh per quanto riguarda le voci, 60/70 bisogna dire che diversi hanno perso lo smalto dei tempi d' oro!!!!!! Non solo IAN GILLAN anche se si difendicchia ancora!!!!!!! Es ROBERT PLANT Non è più LUI né OZZY OSBOURNE, né IAN ANDERSON, né PHIL COLLINS e perfino PETER GABRIEL e PETER HAMMILL Non sono più ai loro standards abituali!!!!!!! Purtroppo invecchiando a molti la voce cambia e nella stragrande maggioranza peggiora!!!!!! Ma sappiamo anche che essendo fan di quella musica di quelle idee musicali...... sappiamo accettare anche questo!!!!!!!! W il grande ROCK che sia HARD PROG PSYC BLUES FOLK, insomma quella GRAN BELLA MUSICA che abbiamo imparato ad ascoltare apprezzare AMARE sin da ragazzi!!!!!!! Ok oggi i giovani ci chiamano BOOMER o RIMASTONI..... ebbene....se le proposte musicali odierne sono quelle del RAP,TRAP,HIP HOP,POP di taglio USA e GETTA e il ROCKodierno, è in MANO a gente come i .... MANESKIN che sono la Brutta ma.... BRUTTA copia dei QUEEN......!!!!!!! Vi ho detto TUTTO!!!!!!!! FIERO anzi FIERISSIMO di essere...RIMASTONE o.. BOOMER!!!!!!! Intendiamoci anche quando mi capita di ascoltare anche qualche band di ragazzi che hanno amore e passione per quelle IDEE musicali Dei 60/70 soprattutto.... Non posso che apprezzare e anche contento, felice di sapere che anche in futuro ci sarà gente musicisti che porteranno AVANTI quella BELLA MUSICA quelle IDEE musicali o come SOLO cover bands,tribute bands, oppure facendo producendo materiale PROPRIO ispirandosi a quei GRANDI GRUPPI musicisti artisti.....di quel ..... GLORIOSO PASSATO sia estero ma anche italiano!!!!!!! Perché ricordiamoci che anche NOI abbiamo e abbiamo avuto gruppi bands mica da ridere!!!!! PFM ancora attivi, BANCO DEL MUTUO SOCCORSO ancora attivi,ORME ancora attivi, OSANNA ancora attivi e credo che anche i DELIRIUM e il BALLETTO DI BRONZO lo siano!!!!!!!! Certamente con diversi cambi di organico per alcuni di questi vedi ORME, DELIRIUM, BALLETTO DI BRONZO PFM e nel caso del BANCO due cambi DOLOROSI obbligati del cantante e chitarrista, entrati al posto degli indimenticabili FRANCESCO DI GIACOMO rip e RODOLFO MALTESE rip!!!!!!!!!! Però come si suol dire.... THE SHOW MUST GO ON!!!!!!! Certo i mortali noi uomini quindi in questo caso i musicisti se ne vanno passano, ma la MUSICA.....quella BELLA RIMANE e spero per SEMPRE anche quando il sottoscritto cioè IO... NON ci sarò PIÙ!!!!!!!!

  I love how rhythmically articulate Simon was on ‘Hard Lovin’ Man’. Sounds really good. McBride I think fits the band better than his direct predecessor, Steve Morse. No offense to Steve, but Simon fits better.

  I'm a die-hard, Blackmore fan.Simon Mcbride is a fantastic player.He's injected new life into the band Ian doesn't sound like he did.However,neither does Plant,Elton John,&lits of others.The voice changes when you get older.In .y humble opinion they are sounding bloody great!As for this getting personal ,rubbish comments.Grow up!Embrace quality si gs,&music.If not,.well what the hell are you doing here?!

  Mein Sohn und ich waren auch da. Es war wie immer. Nein. Noch besser. Weil die Jungs nach all den Konzerten endlich mal wieder mehr von den neueren Stücken gespielt haben. Und sie haben mit diesen neuesten Songs wirklich an die Zeit von Anfang der 70er Jahre angeknüpft.   I don't think the Custom Shop guitars ever had the "baby photos", this was for the Gibson USA guitars. I agree, it was a nice touch/feature.

  Thank you so much for this guide! I discovered that it’s a real struggle sometimes to take expensive/rare vinyls out of cheap paper sleeves due to static. Using brute force feels like scratching the record by dragging it against clang paper. I found no good way to remove record without scratching it short of ripping inner sleeve apart first . But that’s not always an option so your method might save from future grief.

  If you think GA is still "rockin it," I can't even type I'm laughing so hard. Break out the rocking chairs. I haven't listened to GA since the early 90s. I'm as big a GA fan as you'll find, but this is nothing more than FE all over. A great blues singer drowned out by screeching scratch the blackboard noise.

  Именно Ритчи и Джон создали Deep Purple и именно они нанимали других музыкантов: Гловера, Пейса и Гиллана. Именно Блекмор нанял Гиллана и писал хиты Deep Purple под голос Гиллана и сделал его супер популярным как и всех других музыкантов и певцов когда-либо игравших с Блекмором. Без Блекмора Гиллана нет. Блекмор - гений, творец музыки, а у Гиллана только хороший голос, который он не сохранил. А композитор он никакой. Сравните голоса в старости Гиллана и Планта. Любой певец в группе Блекмора станет супер популярным. И стили музыки к разным певцам Rainbow - разные, как бы это разные группы. Блекмор - гениальный композитор!

  Well, I was in the first row, and I am pretty sure I saw two Bluguitar Amp 1 sitting on each of the Orange cabinets, so I think these were used as actual guitar amps, through the orange cabinets. But I am not really sure what setup they actually used.

  Yes, I can understand, the vocals aren't on the same level as they were in their heyday. To me, they are still o.k., and overall, the music and concert experience is still very much enjoyable.

  Agreed, but Andy Powell will be 74 in a few weeks time, maybe not surprising his voice is not as good as it used to be.
