Faustina's writings were placed on the Forbidden Books List by Pope Pius XII after they were thoroughly examined by theologians in the Church. It was the masons in the Church who took her writings off the list. I began reading her diary but ended up throwing it away as statements she says Christ made are things He would never say. Personally, I would never have anything to do with this 'divine mercy'. It is likely a ploy by the devil to take people away from praying the most powerful spiritual weapon, the Holy Rosary. Also the painting looks like a new age image - there are no crucifix markings as is always the case with Beloved Christ.

As a Protestant believer I find her diary very interesting and compelling. I don't put a ton of emphasis on what she wrote Jesus said... it is hard to know what really happened. And just as I don't believe in the power of praying rosary and I don't believe in prayer to Mary or the Saints who went before me, I do not hold against you or others of the Catholic faith. I do have a profound interest and draw to her total need of God, and the attachment to his grace and mercy through Jesus. Something this world seems to lack. The painting of Jesus is a beautiful representation of her vision of God's grace and mercy through Jesus Christ and since she was before the "new age" in my mind, is not to be compared. Oh if we who see so little of God working in today's world would become so sold out to Jesus and his Grace.

God checks our hearts, faith and kindness and not merely to whom or how we pray, whether Mother Mary, Divine Mercy or thru saints, whatever. It is thru the intercession why we called up different saints which play very significant roles in the world. They became inspiration to get closer to God, because when an individual knows the story of each saints, it becomes an inspiration to many which eventually leads to God. God is the most powerful of all. Even when someone prays to saints but in the heart and in the mind of that someone praying, God of course still remains high and eternal. I am a big devotee to Mama Mary (Rosary), St. Rita, St. Faustina and many more. I am very inspired with their stories that made me call them to ask help to pray to God and that they will never stop praying for all souls departed, for the current world happenings, poverty, disaster. Because when we call them asking to pray, God hears louder voices. That's just me as an individual. Nothing against any of you or any religion too.

DOA PALING MUSTAJAB ......!!!❤Harapan terakhir umat manusia sebelum kedatangan-NYA. Dari kecil bpk sudah mengajarkan kami (walau dgn sdkit keras) krena jam 3sore jam kami (anak2) sedang asik2nya bermain di kompleks, main bola, layangan dsb... Tapi bpk selalu tanamkan inilah DOA untk segala keperluan kamu bila bpk sudah tidak lagi disamping kalian,, bila kamu blum mendapatkan Percayalah akan rancangan/rencana TUHAN,,, didalam ketekunan dan ketaatan kamu semuanya indah pada waktu-NYA. 3hari sebelum TUHAN "panggil" bpak dengan sendiri pergi ke Pastor untuk minta minyak urapan. Akibatnya terjadi diskusi yg agak lama hampir 3-5jam dimana akhirnya pastor bersedia memberikan. Pastor tersebut kemudian yg memimpin doa 3 malam dan doa 40hari maka kesempatan tsb bpk pastor menyampaikan hal ini kepada keluarga. Am a witness of miracles that continue to amaze me of the awesome truth of St Faustina revelation of Divine Mercy..a year ago today I met a very dear staunch Catholic sister called Susan Kiragu who had this potrait in her home and I got keen to know about it though am not a Catholic.. she bought one for me and the book on praying. Divine Mercy connected me to Father Kipruto of Nakuru Diocese who prayed for the potrait and my wife of 41 years.. soon after I started praying as explained in the booklet and miracles after miracles started... my dear wife rested so gloriously and her last words were..am so happy am going home..where we rested her we now have 12 very beautiful red roses which were casually stuck on the grave.. nobody.. indeed a good 4 months later there was this particular 🌹 bloom without having shed a single leaf.. To me DIVINE MERCY is my treasure..a pearl of immeasurable worth.. I wish I could share more.. Jesus I trust in you!

We show respect for the sacred image that represent God. Just like you have an image of your mother and friends. Not that you worship them. Adoration, reverence and honor. These have different meanings. Thai or Japanese bow to other to show respect, not worship or reverence. Do not see thing and assume to yourself they worship you when they bow to you. You need to understand that the world is fallen (because of Adam and Eve) , and that miracles are called miracles for a reason: they’re outside of the order of normality. And they are thus special case scenarios. They happen, but are rare. Also, you must keep in mind that God is far more concerned with our spiritual life, rather than our current physical(those who get to Heaven will be reunited with their bodies and a New Earth). These things are sad, yes. No one is contesting that. The world isn’t as it was meant to be, we weren’t supposed to have death and disease. I’m going to bring this up because it seems to me that this is the root of your frustration: how can God allow X to happen? Because in addition to there being an established law by which nature; even in its fallen state, operates, mankind has a free will. We have a free will because God desires us to love Him, because He loves us. In order to truly love, it has to be a free choice. The consequence of this is that mankind can choose to do evil things in rebellion of God. This is of course a very basic explanation. I can find you a better one, if u wish. The image of the divine mercy and the diary of Faustina was condemned by two Popes, Pope Pius XII and Pope John XXIII, and the diary was placed on the Index Librorum Prohibitorum and never removed for the list.

It seems so religious… is there anything else that they do for people that just isn’t the religion aspect of it. They put so much glory into that place of where the picture was made and such but it seems dead. Do people not realize the Holy Spirit is with us always and everywhere we go? Why so much emphasis on a picture? And I highly doubt that’s how the Lord Jesus even looks.. it’s a mere figment of someone’s imagination..

It saddens my heart how the people didnt react much to the procession of our Lord. I've been able to now, twice, do a profession of faith in these procession walks with the Eucharist. All I want to do is yell, 'Jesus is so beautiful'. I pray more will 'feel' what goes by them in these processions... silent and screaming their faith for Christ all in one. Beautiful.

It seems so religious… is there anything else that they do for people that just isn’t the religion aspect of it. They put so much glory into that place of where the picture was made and such but it seems dead. Do people not realize the Holy Spirit is with us always and everywhere we go? Why so much emphasis on a picture? And I highly doubt that’s how the Lord Jesus even looks.. it’s a mere figment of someone’s imagination..
But on what should you put emphasis when not on the picture, when you make a film?
People are human and so forget, sin again and again, but truth will set people free and if no one calls on Christ for help, shit happens..people need reminders, just look at this persons very special experience to make people turn their heart and minds to make time for this, not ignore Jesus.

The emphasis in What a picture represents is so obviously necessary..in this day and age with all that is happening, God wants us to recognize how very special we are, and to take heed of how much suffering is going on in the whole world...what ever works- is so important ...and for people to help one another!!!

It saddens my heart how the people didnt react much to the procession of our Lord. I've been able to now, twice, do a profession of faith in these procession walks with the Eucharist. All I want to do is yell, 'Jesus is so beautiful'. I pray more will 'feel' what goes by them in these processions... silent and screaming their faith for Christ all in one. Beautiful.
