  Lots of fun, but not only are they taking off on a crazy grass field, but they are fighting to gain altitude to make it over the power lines at 2:28. I mean, NO margin for error. I guess it's ok as long as the gear is up.

  The button he presses after t/o is I presume the yaw damper. Surely Pilatus could have positioned it better in the cockpit

  Ich schaue die Filme immer sehr gerne! Ich war 25 Jahre lang Motorflugpilot und -Fluglehrer in der Schweiz. Die PC-12 ist ein sehr leistungsfähiges Flugzeug - man sieht das jeweils beim Take-off im Sarntal!

  I can see why they're getting so popular here in Colorado. They're great for our thin-air, low-lift takeoffs! Leadville (LXV) sits at 9.927 feet for example. You really need that extra performance to clear those mountains!
