It was just the rendezvous location for the caretaker and the news reporter to meet, at the "Phone Booth" on Pass Avenue in Burbank.

I remember watching season 1 of TJ Hooker in the UK when it was first shown around 1984 and always liked this episode mainly the foot chase and the bus stunt. Always wondered where this was shot so thanks for sharing this video, great find 👍💯

Thank you for filming this. I'm a huge fan because of all the actors in the movie. I see someone has a great comment about they were 8 and a fake grocery store. KZread brings the fans together. We feed off of each other. 😁When Warner Brothers came to Mansfield (OSR) to film the prison scenes, I was 14. I'll bet that's the same stunt double that came to Ohio. Thanks again! Now going to enjoy the rest of your locations.
