Hi, what solutions should I try if my printer feeds the labels but doesn't print anything on them? I've tried calibrating the printer, checking if the labels are thermal labels, etc. but nothing is working. I'm not sure if it's the printhead or not.

Make sure the ground wire, the green wire on the back of the head, is connected to the board, and is intact.

We replaced a much larger ribbon transfer printer with this, and not only did we free desk space, but it keeps up on speed and print quality looks better to me. Thanks for the video. I just created my label using Zebradesigner v2 and I put a counter in it. Then, when I send it to print the counter goes increasing until the range of labels is done. And when I send again to print the counter starts over again and not from the last number of the counter that was printed. How I can save the last number automatically when I send to print?
