  Preset on the preset knob to preset your presets on your preset. When you preset the presets, then your presets will he preset.

  I was pretty happy with the tuner until the latest update (3.71). Lots of bugs, including the tuner. Using my Variax, I suddenly hear my guitar when I tune. And it chooses some weird tuning, just to make thing even more annoying. Also, if the Helix is being used as an audio interface, suddely that audio sounds like it was from a broken AM radio when the tuner is engaged. The audio also pops and clicks now, without the tuner active, and it didn't use to. Same setup before and after the firmware update, in every other way. This latest update has been the proverbial turd in the punch bowl.

  I can't save presrts on the iPad, iPhone or Mac, and I also can't load the presrts from the official website. Does anyone have the same problem? Have you solved it yet?

  I have a good conection with my pc but I dont have the option update flash memory in my line 6 monkey application. Everything else is there. I own the POD HD bean. I tried to reinstall Monkey but still no option for the flash update. Can you help me?

  Line 6 G10s problems Hello I really like using my Line 6 G10s during my concerts. I use it with my 6 string 000 equipped with a LR Baggs LB 6 saddle and LR Baggs Preamp into a LR Baggs Venue DI. It works flawlessly. But when I switch it to my Guild F512 equipped with a LR Baggs I-beam pickup I get a grounding noise. Not a loud 60 cycle hum but a hum noise none the less. If I put my hand around the G10TII it quiets down somewhat. That’s why I think it’s a grounding issue or radio interference. I have tried using other channels but the same thing happens. If I plug a guitar chord into my Guild F512 to the amp I have no problem with noise just the G10s and the Guild F512. I also have a Martin D35s equipped with the same LR Baggs I-beam and have no issues, only with the Guild F512. What is causing this problem?

  Can there be a firmware update to assign a external footswitch change preset banks and keep the tap switch for tempo with the blinking LED? doesnt that make more sense? I dont know why its the opposite.

  hello, I want to ask friends here. Why does my Line 6 Helix LT experience intermittent sound (no sound even comes out) when the effect is first turned on? However, after 10 minutes the sound returned to normal. does anyone know?

  Yes... I know I'm very late to the party.... but a video of solving common error code (Unable to load tone; Reason (Code 8000A009) Unsupported patch type) & function issues (simply scrolling through the patches in the hardware is erasing them from the X3's display as well as the 'Hardware Memory Window') would have been very helpful. Also a link to a pdf giving definitions, causes & fixes for the different 'error codes' that I keep encountering.

  Hi line 6. I am still playing with my old line 6 hd 300 device and many others. I still like my hd300 . Always run perfect on windows 7 but i move to windows 10, 64 bits. And i don't know. I installed normally but monkey does not recognize it. In monkey, It says: connect to device, Drivers = No (but i have installed). I go to control panel, device manager, and it appears as: other devices: unknown. I try to install the drivers manually, but still not recognized. I don’t think it would be a line 6 device problem, because after install the software I don’t see the line 6 driver installed on audio interface. In the past I se line 6 speaker in audio output in windows but know it say unknown device, I don’t see the driver in audio devices. Only appear my audio interface in audio output. I want to use my Pod hd 300 Edit Software again. specially to back up mi amps. I would like that line 6 would have the last update for windows 10. Thank you!

  I'm so lost! I picked up a Stomp. Got home and immediately did the updates. Yeah now I have no idea where my factory are located. I'm on 01A and keep trying the different scrolling around the presets.

  Hi everyone, Anyone who might help me with my Line 6 Pod Hd500? I plugged the amp to to socket and the panel shows nothing but a blank display. Apart from that the metal buttons display red lights. I tried to follow someone's tip on KZread and I reckon it went to factory settings so I'm not sure if I lost the original settings. Any chance to help me out please? Many thanks

  Hi, I got a used Line 6 StageScape M20d but I see that in your videos there are different screens like when I click record a different menu opens than your review. What firmware version is installed? on mine it's v.1.20 thanks
