The guy even forgot that Susan ain't even the CEO of KZread who resigned last year IN FEBRUARY so it has been over a year. LMAO he probably just pulled up some random KZread letter from a google search and deleted or covered up the channel name of the actual person that letter was addressed to also these play buttons are easy to find for cheap online from websites selling fake play buttons and they probably included the letter too because the letter is not even personalised at all. Also the packaging just had 2 pieces of cheap tape on each side. The real KZread would have used better quality tape and even double or triple wrapped it or something and the box seems kind of cheap too. I have seen youtubers make videos of them purchasing FAKE play buttons to see the quality and so on before and they clearly mark the video as having FAKE play buttons in them for example #JackSucksAtLife and so on
