A PM oversees the product's lifecycle, from conception to launch, and coordinates cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales). This central role allows them to influence strategic decisions and priorities within the company. Being termed as the "product CEO" signifies that PMs often have a holistic view and significant say in shaping the product's direction, which can directly impact the company's success. In contrast, product marketers focus primarily on market positioning, messaging, and customer engagement, which, while crucial, are part of the broader strategy set by PMs. This strategic oversight gives PMs more leverage in steering the company's overall direction and success.

No, you don’t have to pay all at once. You could pay for one or two years at the start and pay the rest before the initial period expires, after settling well

May I ask if different publication should be separated into different piece of evidence or put them all together as one piece of evidence? The 10 pieces of evidence does not include the CV, personal statement I suppose?

If you have a Global Talent visa or Skilled Worker visa, you can apply up to 60 days before your visa expires. If you have a Student visa, the earliest you can apply to extend your visa (i.e. if you have been accepted on a new course of study) is 3 months.

A bank cannot be regarded as a product-led company. However, as a software engineer (technical talent), you are qualified to apply for the global talent visa without product-led company experience.
