We starting watching vlogs while researching and planning our family trips to Orlando, Florida. We found it super useful and it helped us make decisions on where to stay and what to do. We decided to vlog our family holidays and adventures to record the memories we make together and to hopefully help others who are planning trips of their own.

Thank you so much for watching. I was nervous travelling only with Esme and without the boys. Thankfully it was quite plain sailing. A quick and easy flight (only 1 hr 20 mins) compared to the 8.5hr flight to Orlando!

Did you do a pack with me with hand luggage only - easy jet ✈️ going with my 8 year old daughter same hotel as you easy jet too , just worried about the luggage 🧳 did they mind you taking away food at breakfast? Was the staff friendly 😊
Yes I did do a pack with me on my trip announcement on this playlist. I’ll be honest it wasn’t easy fitting everything in but there are things we took we didn’t use because of the rain! Your 8 year old will love the hotel - everyone seemed to take food out for lunch and no one said anything x

Hi, thanks for watching and subscribing- we really appreciate it. You’ll see from the vlogs that it was cooler in the mornings and when it got dark but was a nice temperature in between. We were lucky with the weather at Volcano Bay the first day we went. It took a bit longer to dry off. Just pack a sweatshirt/ hoodies and you’ll be grand. Hope you enjoy the vlogs. First time watcher, new sub. Can you not clear usa customs in ireland? I thought id seen on another vlogger this was possible.
Thanks for watching and subscribing. Yes you can clear US customs from Ireland. We’ve used that service in previous vlogs. On this trip we flew via Canada. You can only clear US immigration when flying to the US. I e got other videos up flying to the US with Aer Lingus that uses pre-clearance. Check out that video. Are you going to Orlando soon?
Beautiful! Outstanding location, gorgeous footage! I've been interested in drones for quite a while, but as I researched it here in the USA I found evidence this country is increasingly determined to over-regulate and over-restrict them. I know there are those who abuse drones. As usual, the powers that be are too lazy to go after them, preferring to punish all drone users. Sort of takes the fun away from the law-abiding citizens. It's now legal to fly them inside your own house and record dust bunnies under your bed without too much chance of being arrested...😁 It can be an expensive hobby, so I'm reluctant to invest in it in this hostile environment. That absolutely saddens me. I'm happy to see you have done it! 👍
Thank you. We are so lucky to have such lovely coastline nearby. It’s a shame we rarely get the weather to enjoy it! I had heard the US is tough on drones. It’s a shame. We just thought it could add some nice footage to some of our future vlogs. Noah is a genius at flying it. I need him to give me lessons 😂

I'm American but I only eat at IHOP about three times a year --- the corny menu items like chocolate chip pancakes make me roll my eyes LOL

There’s so many vloggers out there that are a couples with no kids- which is fine, but it’s not that same as travelling with kids- as you know. Esme loves being in the vlogs. Is she a similar age? When do you go to Orlando?
@@thekennafamilyadventures5 yes! Our Emma is 6. We are heading to Orlando hopefully In January! 🤞🏻 it will be our first time to Universal! And thinking of sneaking in a Disney day as well.
Very similar to our trip then. We were a little worried about possibly not enjoying Universal as much but we loved it! We did throw the wee Disney day in there too though. What a lovely trip to look forward to. Emma will have a ball! Hope you get some inspiration from the rest of the series. Let us know if you any other questions on anything.
Thank you for sharing. This is one of the places I'm thinking of staying at. I was wondering do they charge you a resort fee and are they any hidden fees people may not be aware about?
Thanks for watching and subscribing Luke. No resorts fees at any Rosen hotel. They also don’t charge parking fees ( if you have a car). There shouldn’t be any other hidden fees but it may depend on who you book through. We got the roll away bed included but with some sites it was an extra nightly charge.

I've literally jumped on to watch this Travel home vlog, as I have not seen some of the other days yet. Been busy the last few weeks getting prepared for my holiday to Greece, to which we have just returned from. So have a few vlogs to catch up on whilst doing the washing and getting prepared for school and work on Monday 😅 Thanks for this series, guys. I've enjoyed watching you guys from the start and look forward to the upcoming Disney trips to Paris and back to orlando in August. It'll be interesting to see the new Dream works land too.

It was hectic 😅 with such a large group of us, as well as my own children, but loved being away from the UK even if it was just a short trip. Greece was lovely, needed a bit more time to explore. I'm sure you're all looking forward for your holiday back to Florida in August.
Yes, totally agree, any break away is a good break. We can’t wait for August now. Especially with the news that it’s going to another wet Summer in the UK!

Chili's is generally a can't-go-wrong choice! In a place like Orlando which is saturated with excellent dining options, if you find yourself here, you're in good hands! Great review as always Kenna fam! 😁

Chillis is always good decent food, lots of choice, same with applebees, always love the endless wings there :)
Cheers Mick. Don’t mind Applebees but prefer Chili’s. Great atmosphere as well as decent, good value food.
Never been to a Chili’s, Applebee’s or Olive Garden, which I know are popular with British tourists, like they are with Americans. I rarely eat fast food, but the other day I stopped off at a Burger King for a quick meal while running errands. I ordered the basic Whopper, fries, drink combo. It cost $17.21! I thought it was a mistake until they showed me the receipt. It used to cost about $12. Then I remembered that the minimum wage here in San Francisco recently went up from $8.75/hr to $18.07/hr. I’m all for a fair wage, particularly in an expensive city like SF, but that is crazy for a Burger King basic combo meal. Those fajitas looked really good.
Cheers Billy. That sounds extortionate for a BK. The 3 for me deal at Chili’s is only $12.59 with tax, even with a tip it’s coming in cheaper than your BK. I love Applebee’s to.

Thanks for watching Alaister. You can request the 5th sleeper when booking or from guest services. They had it delivered to our room just after check in. We put it up at the bottom of the 2 queen beds. Worked great! Are you staying there for the whole time?
Thanks for the quick reply! We are 7 nights at Disneys Boardwalk then our second week is at the Royal Pacific in a water view room. Not been in 5 years to Universal so all the kids are now able to ride nearly all that is on offer. Really enjoyed your video.
