  I feel like kobalt is a nice extreme dash counter like say your opponent is going to make a nice extreme dash that would normally knock you out You can just cancel that

  4-60 Hexa does pretty good. I like 4-60 Rush but it’s not as good as Hexa

  I like it on Accel! It works more as a knockout bey with that part. I like it with 4-60H tho. It’s amazing.

  I know I'm about to sound really dumb but test CDr 4-70GB vs Rod 9-60B. 4-70 is the optimal height+distribution for the taps needed to equalize (like sour-spotting an attack in Smash Bros) and GB has enough surface-sans-friction to support equalization. 4-70 and GB are awful parts in every scenario except L v Right STA since 4-70's burst risks and GB's self-KO risks are much less of a factor in the WR 9-60B matchup where CDr is being constantly intercepted in High RPM and can potentially equalize, destab and kill 9-60B in Mid-to-Late RPM

  Yeah i don’t think they would because we haven’t got that gimmicky yet, maybe if CX turns out to be super gimmicky that’s when we’ll see something like that.

  black shell 5-60 low flat you use it low height to target ratchets giving either a burst or a ring out maybe an extreme if you're lucky

  With how light Shinobi is I would’ve hoped Shinobi could be good for stamina, especially considering how smooth its surfaces are and how somewhat circular it is compared to other defense types

  TT is at it again mis-typing a Bey. They should’ve learned a long time ago that Defense should not be recoily. Well, Shell’s going to be included in the Attack category as well. I was surprised by how much staying power it has as opposed to Rhino’s terrible stamina. We (kind of) have a counter to Rod with Shell so let’s see if most players will get the most success out of it with Shell 5-60 F.

  Gotta be clear with these things whatever session we do is what we do typically I will do more if i believe there is more to be seen for use etc.. for the case of Black Shell, if Flat is already doing good it does not make sense for us to do LF or etc... we are not doing every possible niche for bottoms lol

  Defense has seemed to always be a bad type in the x system cause of all the attack power that beys have as of late, which makes drfense types strugle so badly that you'd not realise that defense type is ment to counter attack type and thats unfortunate for turtle shell

  That's mostly cause of 2 factors on the developer's part. Lack of ways to deflect attacks via the blade, and making them lightweight which makes it easier for them to knock around. All they literally need to do is just stop that. And Thankfully Leon Crest looks like an attempt to do so

  Shell’s parts really are an interesting mix in the meta. Albeit not the most groundbreaking, it certainly leaves a lot of unique opportunities, wonder if Dot will replace or be on par with Hexa for just stable Defense as one example, nevertheless wouldn’t be opposed to using Attack Shell soon

  I am still using Viper Tail as an attacker but I am a Draciel guy through and through so this actually excites me to hear I might be able to switch them out

  I feel like defense beys work better in the Hasbro stadium. Tusk Mammoth works fine in mine, Dran Dagger is not destroying it while testing it against a friend, and I'm alright using attack types.
